# Client Dashboard
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/agencies/client-dashboard
The **Client Dashboard** in Scripe is a **limited workspace** designed for clients who need visibility into content progress and results — without editing or publishing access.
It’s ideal for agencies, consultants, and internal teams who want to keep stakeholders informed while maintaining full control over execution.
## What clients can access:
Clients have access to a **limited set of features**, focused on transparency and review:
### **Posts**
Clients can view posts in **three states only**:
* In Review
* Scheduled
* Published
Within Posts, clients can:
* Read all assigned post drafts
* See which users are assigned as reviewers
* Request reviews from other workspace members
Clients **cannot**:
* Create posts
* Edit content
* Publish or schedule posts
### **Calendar**
The Calendar works the same as for other users, with one key difference:
**Clients can:**
* View posting days and planned content **only for posts with the following statuses:**
* In Review
* Scheduled
* Published
* See and comment on **campaigns** on the calendar
**Clients cannot:**
* Edit campaigns
* Change schedules
* Move or reschedule posts
This keeps planning transparent without breaking execution flow.
### **Analytics**
Clients see the **same Analytics view as any personal brand**. Analytics are **view-only** and give clients a clear understanding of content impact.
### **Inbox**
The Inbox is used for **review management only**.
Clients can:
* See posts assigned to them for review
* Receive review notifications inside Scripe
### **WhatsApp**
Clients can connect **their own WhatsApp account** to Scripe (top-right corner).
This allows them to:
* Send voice notes
* Share raw ideas or updates
* Submit audio content for the team to turn into posts
This is especially useful for [async collaboration](/collaborations/async) and idea capture.
## Settings access:
### Account
* **Profile:** View and manage their own profile details
* **Security & Access:** Manage login and security settings
* **Referrals:** Access the referral program & earn money by referring Scripe
### Workspace
* **General:** View organization information & leave the organization if needed
* **Billing:** 🔒 Locked (no access)
* **Notifications:** Manage notification preferences
* **Tone of Voice:** 🔒 Locked (no access)
### Personal Brands:
Clients can see a list of all personal brands connected to the workspace.
* Other brands appear as locked 🔒
* Clients can see the names only
* They cannot access or interact with those brands
# DWY Offer Set-Up: Working in a Client’s Workspace in Scripe
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/agencies/client-setup
A **DWY (Done-With-You) offer** is a service model where you and the client **work together** to build or execute something, instead of you doing it all for them (DFY: Done-For-You) or just teaching them (DIY: Do-It-Yourself).
In this scenario, the **client is paying for Scripe (instead of you),** and you both collaborate on their workspace.
Here's how to collaborate in Scripe on a DWY offer:
## DWY Scripe Set-Up
Before working with a client, we recommend that you:
1. **Get familiar with Scripe** – follow this [step-by-step guide](/started/easy-set-up) to set up **your own workspace first** and learn the platform inside out.
2. [Join our Workshops](https://lu.ma/scripe?k=c) – bring questions, learn best practices, and get support.
As part of our Business Plan, you can book a 1:1 onboarding directly from your dashboard to support your Scripe set-up.
### 1. What to send to your Client for Set-Up
Copy and paste the following checklist and send it to your client (make sure to add your partner link and emails where prompted).
**Scripe Set-Up Checklist:**
✅ Sign up to Scripe using the following link: `partner link`.
✅ Name your workspace and go through the product onboarding.
✅ Create a **Business Plan** account.
✅ **Connect your LinkedIn account** during the onboarding.
✅ Go to **Settings → Users & Accounts**
✅ Invite the following emails as a second Admin to the Workspace: `list the email(s).`
👉 Optional: Invite further members to the workspace.
👉 Optional: Read this [Setup Guide](/started/easy-set-up) for assistance.
### **Important reminders:**
* Ensure your clients set up an **Advanced or Business account** so you can collaborate within Scripe.
* To get rewarded and earn commission, make sure your clients sign up via **your partner link**.
* If you’re not yet in the program, sign up for the [Partner Program here](https://scripe.io/partners).
### 2. How to access your Client's Workspace
1. Once invited, you’ll see their workspace listed under **Switch Workspace** in your account.
2. Click their workspace name to access it and collaborate.
This is also how you switch between different clients' workspaces in case you work with multiple clients within Scripe.
### 3. Meet in your Scripe Introduction Call
Complete the Scripe Setup with your client and introduce them to all relevant workflows.
**Checklist for your Scripe Intro Calls with Clients:**
Scripe works best when it truly understands you. The more context Scripe has about your business, goals, and voice, the better the content, ideas, and recommendations it generates.
The first two things we're setting up together are Tone of Voice and Content Strategy.
Then you should upload as many inputs as possible to the Knowledge Base, and make a habit out of it.
The Knowledge Base is Scripe’s **long-term memory**.
It’s where you store everything Scripe should always know about you, your business, and your expertise — so you don’t have to explain it again every time you create content.
The Knowledge Base works best when it includes relevant materials, such as:
* Sales decks or one-pagers
* Case studies or success stories
* Website copy, landing pages, or blog posts
* ICP or persona descriptions
* Recorded calls, webinars, or podcasts
Want to give even more value to your client? Use our ICP Questionnaire template to define their ICP, fill it out together, and then upload it to the Knowledge Base.
**Get your template in:**
* [German](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_INzccuwM-ebcP2KZmEBJ1NMomHSYqCIpaqKzhyPReQ/edit?usp=sharing)
* [English](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oh4FvXvWrliZ6UmRiF05fwadGEp7-Jkg-_e_82S7H6Q/edit?usp=sharing)
**Best practices to fill it out:**
* Avoid generic answers (“we target tech companies”). Get really specific.
* Use the client’s own language — how do they describe their challenges?
Once all of the above is done, Scripe will begin generating [weekly AI-powered Content Suggestions](https://scripe.mintlify.app/multiple-posts/ai-powered) (done-for-you post ideas). You’ll revisit these suggestions together later in the call to review and refine them.
Now let's walk the client through the post-generation, management, and scheduling:
Start with one of the Chat Modes in Scripe. For example, pick the Guided Mode and select the next suggested Content Pillar.
Once a draft is generated, move into the Scripe Editor:
* Show the client they can directly edit the text.
* Show they can keep using the chat in the editor to refine the post until it feels right.
From the Editor, explain the publishing options:
* **Schedule post to LinkedIn** → set the post for automatic publishing.
* **Save as draft in the calendar** → add the post to the calendar as a draft.
* **Publish immediately** → push it live on LinkedIn right away.
Guide the client to schedule their first Scripe-generated post, then show them the post in the Calendar view.
Let the client know that the LinkedIn connection may occasionally expire. Scripe will flag this on the dashboard and prompt them to reconnect when needed.
Back to the dashboard, guide your client to connect their [WhatsApp](/integrations/whats-app) to instantly send ideas or content snippets straight into Scripe whenever inspiration strikes.
To install the WhatsApp integration, you can guide your client like this:
1. In your dashboard, top right corner, click on the WhatsApp symbol Connect.
2. A QR code will be displayed.
3. Open WhatsApp on your phone, scan the QR code, and you’re connected.
4. Send an audio or a text message to see it in action.
5. Go to Sources to see the input in there, click on it.
6. Use the bar at the bottom and ask it to give you post ideas based on it.
They can use this bar to prompt or ask anything, for all types of sources.
The **Posts page** is where all content created in Scripe lives.
Explain to the client that this page gives them a **clear overview and control** over everything they’ve worked on: past, present, and upcoming.
On this page, they can:
* See all generated posts and drafts in one place
* Drag and drop posts between statuses (e.g. idea, draft, review, scheduled, published)
* Put a post under review and assign a reviewer
* Open any post to edit, refine, or repurpose it
* Schedule posts directly from this page
Use this to show how easy it is to move content through a real workflow without losing track of anything.
If your client has a specific workflow (for example: two review stages before a post goes live), you can set this up in the [Workspace Settings](/settings/post-status). Once configured, those custom statuses will appear on the Posts page and can be used via drag and drop like any other status.
The [Weekly post ideas](/post/ai-powered) might take a couple of hours to generate.
Before ending the call, check in the dashboard, below the chat, if there are any suggestions ready to be shown to your client. Let them know that these suggestions are based on their content strategy, posting goals, and personal tone and are generated weekly.
We recommend that, as a next step, you ask the client to create and plan 2-3 posts and assign them to you for review.
If you have time during the session, you can also introduce the Inspiration and Analytics pages to round out the session.
# DFY Offer Set-Up: Managing Client’s Content in Scripe
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/agencies/setup-for-client
A **DFY (Done-For-You) offer** is a service model where you handle **everything on behalf of the client**. Instead of guiding or collaborating (like DWY), you fully take over the execution.
It usually looks like this:
* You own the client’s setup, the content creation, and publishing.
* The client only provides input, approvals, or goals.
* You take over the Scripe subscription fees, integrating the cost into what you bill your client.
Here's how to collaborate in Scripe on a DFY offer:
## DFY Scripe Set-Up
Before working with a client, we recommend that you:
### 1. Choose your Client Set-Up
There are two main ways to manage Client Accounts in Scripe:
Easiest option. You add their personal brand to a workspace you created and can already start creating & scheduling posts on their behalf.
In this case, you'll have to add your client as a member to the Scripe workspace and assign them the role of Client.
They can then connect their LinkedIn account on their own.
**What to send to your client if you don't have their credentials:**
Hi \[Client Name],
Here’s everything you need to get set up in our content workspace 👇
**Set-Up Steps:**
1. \*\*Accept your workspace invitation: \*\*You’ll receive an email invitation to join your Scripe workspace. Simply accept the invitation and log in.
2. \*\*Connect your LinkedIn account: \*\*Once you’re inside the workspace, click **Connect** in the top-right corner of your dashboard and follow the prompts to connect your LinkedIn account.
3. \*\*Confirm the connection: \*\*When your LinkedIn status shows as **Active**, you’re all set and ready to go.
Please note that LinkedIn connections occasionally need to be refreshed. If that happens, Scripe will notify you by email.
**Optional:** If you’d like to send us voice notes or text notes directly through WhatsApp, you can connect your WhatsApp account as well. You’ll find the WhatsApp connection option right next to your LinkedIn connection on the dashboard.
Best,\
\[Your Name]
If they have questions on how to connect their LinkedIn account, please direct them to [this article](/administration/li-connection).
### 2. Scripe Setup Checklist
You can always refer to the [step-by-step setup guide](/started/easy-set-up) for help.
To manage or create new workspaces, open the menu by clicking on your workspace name in the top left corner and select **Switch workspace**.
There, you’ll see a list of all your workspaces, and the option to **Add Workspace**.
When creating a new workspace, you’ll:
1. **Name the workspace**.
2. **Add users immediately** (or skip and do this later).
You'll be prompted to add a new LinkedIn account to your workspace when creating it. If you don't have your client's LinkedIn credentials, please skip the connection.
To invite members to your workspace, open the menu by clicking on your workspace name in the top left corner and select **Invite and Manage Members.**
1. Enter the user’s email, choose which Personal Brand(s) they should have access to, and assign a role:
* **Admin** – Full access to everything.
* **Manager** – Manage members and accounts. No billing access.
* **Creator** – Can fully create and post on assigned accounts.
* **Assistant** – Supports with posts but can't publish.
* **Client** – Read-only review of assigned posts + analytics.
2. Send the invite.
You can always manage all invitations, members and roles in the Settings → [Users & Accounts](/settings/people).
You can assign multiple users to the same brand, or assign one user to several brands.
Create your client's Content Strategy, upload relevant files to the Knowledge Base, and set up their Tone of Voice.
Want to give even more value to your client? Use our ICP Questionnaire template to define their ICP, fill it out together, and then upload it to the Knowledge Base.
**Get your template in:**
* [German](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_INzccuwM-ebcP2KZmEBJ1NMomHSYqCIpaqKzhyPReQ/edit?usp=sharing)
* [English](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oh4FvXvWrliZ6UmRiF05fwadGEp7-Jkg-_e_82S7H6Q/edit?usp=sharing)
**Best practices to fill it out:**
* Avoid generic answers (“we target tech companies”). Get really specific.
* Use the client’s own language — how do they describe their challenges?
### 3. Onboard your client to Scripe
* Invite your client to a Scripe Onboarding Call.
* Meet in the call and guide the client through the Scripe Platform.
* Teach them where to see the Posts and how to approve them.
When you assign your client the **Client role**, their access is limited to **Posts, Calendar, and Analytics**. They won’t see anything else, so only you can verify that everything is set up correctly.
**Checklist for your Scripe Intro Calls with Clients:**
If your client has the **Client role**, walk them through the parts of Scripe they can access:
* **Inbox**: This is where they receive notifications to review or approve posts.
Tip: Assign a post to them before the call so you can show a real approval flow.
* **Posts tab**: Explain the different post statuses and how content moves through the workflow during your collaboration.
* **Calendar tab**: This gives them a clear overview of when posts are scheduled to go live.
* **Analytics tab**: Highlight that this is where they’ll see the impact of all the content you’re creating and managing for them.
**Important:** If you assign your client a role other than **Client**, they’ll have full access to create, view, and edit all posts from the Personal Brand they're assigned to.
This helps the client understand exactly where they’re involved, what they’re responsible for, and how visibility is maintained throughout the process.
# Scripe for Agencies & Partners
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/agencies/started
Scripe is built to help agencies streamline content creation and management across multiple LinkedIn accounts. Whether you manage three or thirty clients, this guide explains how **workspaces**, **personal brands**, **roles**, and **billing** work together — so you can scale without chaos.
## TL;DR: Why Agencies Use Scripe
* Manage unlimited clients & brands with **one login**.
* Run entire **employee advocacy programs** in one workspace.
* Save \~80% of content production time with **AI drafts & repurposing**.
* Automate client reporting with **analytics dashboards**.
* Deliver more content, faster, without scaling headcount.
## Managing Clients at Scale in Scripe
Before working with a client, we recommend that you:
1. **Get familiar with Scripe** – follow this [step-by-step guide](/started/easy-set-up) to set up **your own workspace first** and learn the platform inside out.
2. [Join our Workshops](https://lu.ma/scripe?k=c) – bring questions, learn best practices, and get support.
### 1. Workspaces: Organize by Client
In the **Business plan**, you get **unlimited workspaces**.
Workspaces act as collaboration hubs where you and your team (or your client’s team) can manage everything in one place.
* **One client = one workspace** → Keeps their content, analytics, and strategy completely separate.
* **Unlimited personal brands & users per workspace** → Add as many LinkedIn accounts and collaborators as you need. Pay per LinkedIn account connected.
* **One bill across all workspaces** → Even if you manage dozens of clients in separate workspaces, everything is handled under a single subscription.
If multiple people from one company work together, keep them in the **same workspace**. \
\
If you manage completely different companies (shouldn’t see each other’s data), create **separate workspaces** for them.
**If you're ready to set up Scripe for your clients, please follow the tutorials below:**
* [DFY Offer Set-Up: Managing Client’s Content in Scripe](/agencies/setup-for-client)
* [DWY Offer Set-Up: Working in a Client’s Workspace in Scripe](/agencies/client-setup)
### 2. Personal Brands: LinkedIn Accounts you connect with Scripe
A **personal brand** in Scripe is simply one LinkedIn account connected to your workspace.
* Billing scales with the number of LinkedIn accounts connected.
* Each additional LinkedIn account you connect to your workspace as a full seat in the Business Plan costs 45 euros/month.
* LinkedIn accounts can also be connected as Amplifiers (auto-engagement + analytics access only). An Amplifier seat costs 20 euros/month.
* As an agency, you can add personal brands across multiple workspaces, all tied into your single Business subscription.
Example: If you manage 12 LinkedIn profiles across 4 clients, you’ll create **4 workspaces** with a total of **12 personal brands**. All of them roll up into your Business plan billing.
### 3. User Roles & Permissions
When inviting someone to a workspace, you can assign roles:
* **Admin** – Full access to everything.
* **Manager** – Manage members and accounts. No billing access.
* **Creator** – Can fully create and post on assigned accounts.
* **Assistant** – Supports with posts but can't publish.
* **Client** – Read-only review of assigned posts + analytics.
### 4. Switching Between Workspaces
1. Go to **Overview** in the sidebar.
2. Open the **Switch Workspace** menu.
3. Select the workspace you want to enter.
You’ll switch instantly, no need to log out. This lets your team jump between clients in seconds.
### 5. Powerful Collaboration & Content Creation Features:
**Analytics Dashboard**
View combined analytics for all personal brands in a workspace, perfect for reporting total reach, impressions, and engagement to clients.
**Company Calendar**
* See all posts from all personal brands in one place.
* Add notes for specific personal brands (e.g., “Post about topic X next week”).
* Track who posted what and when.
**Content Review Workflow**
* You can request content reviews from other users.
* Assign a reviewer and a deadline, and they’ll get an email and notification.
**Build a Knowledge Base & Strategy**
* Store all client material in one place: transcripts, notes, websites, and random briefs.
* Define a content strategy for your client and get done-for-you posts generated every week.
**Generate Content**
Scripe gives you multiple ways to create and repurpose content for your clients:
1. [Scripe Chat Modes](/post/chat-modes)
2. [Weekly Done-For-You Posts](/post/ai-powered)
3. [Quick Create](/post/quick-create)
You can also [create content directly from WhatsApp](/integrations/whats-app). Send voice notes or text messages, and Scripe will instantly turn them into ready-to-edit LinkedIn posts inside your workspace.
# Team Set-Up in Scripe
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/agencies/team-setup
A **corporate influencer program** is when companies empower their employees to build personal brands on LinkedIn. Instead of relying only on the company page, selected employees share authentic posts under their own profiles — building trust, expanding reach, and driving new business opportunities.
For employees, this means more visibility, thought leadership, and career growth. For companies, it creates stronger employer branding, warmer leads, and a much bigger content footprint.
Scripe makes it easy to run these programs at scale.
With a team setup, you can:
* Manage multiple personal brands inside one workspace.
* Assign clear roles and access levels.
* Keep all content, calendars, and analytics organized.
## How to Set Up Scripe for Corporate Influencer Programs
A corporate influencer program works best **when someone takes ownership of it** — whether that’s a team manager, a marketing team member, or a hired content strategist. Having a dedicated person ensures consistency, accountability, and measurable results.
This guide is written for that person. It will walk you through how to set up Scripe for teams step by step, so you can manage personal brands, coordinate content, and track analytics across your organization.
When setting up Scripe for teams, you can choose between two approaches depending on **how much involvement** you want team members to have in the content creation process:
* **DWY (Done-With-You)** → Team members are actively involved in writing their own content. You provide structure, strategy, and support inside Scripe, while they draft posts and shape their personal voice. [*If that's the case, then read this setup guide →*](/agencies/client-setup)
* **DFY (Done-For-You)** → A strategist or marketing lead creates the content inside Scripe. Team members only log in to review and approve the content — keeping their effort minimal while ensuring consistent output. [*If that's the case, then read this setup guide →*](/agencies/setup-for-client)
As part of our Business Plan, you can book a 1:1 onboarding directly from your dashboard to support your Scripe set-up.
# AI Photos
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/editor/AI-photos
The AI Photos feature allows you to upload your own photos, enabling Scripe to generate high-quality, personalized branding images that resemble you.
## How to Set it Up
1. Go to **Settings** and select the **Personal Brand** you want to train AI Photos for.
2. Under the **AI Photos** section, upload 10–20 photos of yourself (maximum 10 MB each in `.png`, `.jpg`, or `.jpeg` format).
3. For the best results, make sure the photos:
* Show your face clearly
* Avoid group pics, sunglasses, or blurry angles
* Represent different angles, lighting, and expressions
The better the quality of the photos you upload, the better the AI portraits.
3. Once 10+ valid photos are uploaded, click **“Pictures are good, train AI”**
4. Training completes in a few minutes, and you're ready to generate AI images.
### Important Notes
* **You can only train the AI once**, so pick your best pictures!
* If you need to retrain for any reason, please contact support at `hello@scripe.io`
AI image generation isn’t always perfect. Sometimes the results may look a bit off — that’s totally normal! That’s also why Scripe gives you a **generous monthly limit of 30 images**, so you can generate more until you find the perfect fit.
## How to Generate AI Photos in Scripe
Once your AI training is complete, you can generate custom AI images directly from the **post editor**. Here's how:
1. In your post draft, click **“Add media to your post”** → select the **AI Photos** tab.
2. You'll see a box to enter your **image prompt**.
* By default, Scripe offers you a ready-to-use prompt with the best settings for the image output.
* You can also **write your own prompt** or click **“Generate a prompt based on the post”** to auto-generate one.
**Important:** Always include your **first name** in the prompt so the AI knows it should generate images of *you*.
3. Click **“Run AI image generation”** to generate the photo.
4. The image will appear on the right once the generation is complete, and you can insert it directly into your post by clicking "Set picture as post image".
**Scripe does not store your AI photos**. If you want to reuse them later, be sure to **download** your favorites **right after generating.**
# Auto Engagement
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/editor/auto-engagement
The Auto Engagement feature helps boost your post’s visibility by automatically scheduling likes, comments, and reshares from your connected team accounts.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
## How to Set Up Auto Engagement
Open one of your posts in Scripe and scroll down to the **Auto Engagement** section.
You have two ways to add engagements:
1. Click **Generate Engagements** and Scripe will automatically create a set of suggested likes and AI-generated comments from available team accounts. You can review and edit everything before saving.
2. Click the **+ button** next to Auto Engagements to manually add likes, comments and reshares.
You can choose:
* which profile should engage
* the type of engagement
* when it should happen
* the exact comment text (for comments)
Generated comments can always be edited manually before publishing. You can also regenerate individual comments if you want a different variation.
## Who Can Be Used for Auto Engagements?
Only accounts that meet both conditions below can be selected for auto-engagement:
1. The LinkedIn account must be connected to Scripe
2. Engagements must be enabled in that Personal Brand's settings
You can manage this under: Settings → [Personal Brand](/settings/personalbrand) → Engagement Settings
## Engagement Settings Explained
Each Personal Brand can control whether other workspace members are allowed to use their account for:
* Likes
* Comments
* Reshares
By default:
* **Likes** → ON
* **Comments** → ON
* **Reshares** → REQUEST
When Reshares are set to **Request**, the user will need to approve the reshare before it gets published.
You can also completely disable engagements for your account at any time from the same settings page.
## AI Auto-Comments
Inside the Engagement Settings page, users can also add example comments they’ve written before.
These examples help Scripe generate comments that better match their:
* tone of voice
* writing style
* personality
The AI also takes the Personal Brand’s Tone of Voice settings into account when generating comments automatically.
# Carousel
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/editor/carousel
The **Carousel** feature in Scripe allows you to turn your ideas into scroll-friendly, multi-slide LinkedIn carousels. You can design slides, customize layouts, add visuals, and export everything as a ready-to-post PDF.
Use carousels for storytelling, list posts, or step-by-step breakdowns — they work especially well for educational or inspirational content!
## To create a new carousel:
* From your post editor, click the **"Add Media"** below the text draft.
* Go to the **Carousel** tab at the top to open the Carousel Editor.
**Once in the Carousel Editor:**
* Choose either:
* Blank carousel to start from scratch.
* One of the professionally designed Scripe templates.
## Carousel Editor
### 1. Left Sidebar
The left sidebar controls the overall appearance of your carousel. **What you set up here applies to all slides in the carousel.**
Use the **Browse Designs** button to pick an entirely different template for your carousel.
#### **Design**
Customize the look by adjusting:
* **Color palette** – Choose one of Scripe’s themes or your own custom colors.
* **Typography** – Select the font combination used throughout the carousel.
* **Corner style** – Pick between Sharp, Subtle, Soft, Round, or Pill object corners.
* **Background** – Select between Solid fill, Gradient, or Image. Optionally add a texture.
Textures include subtle patterns such as dots, grids, and glow effects that give your slides more personality.
### **Branding**
Customize the look by adjusting:
* **Signature** – Automatically display your profile picture, name and tagline in all slides. Adjust size, style and positioning.
* **Page Indicator** – Help readers understand their progress through the carousel. Pick between available styles and positioning.
* **Logo** – Optionally display your company or personal logo throughout the carousel.
### 2. **Canvas**
The center of the editor is your working area. Here you can select any slide, click any element to edit it, rearrange content and preview your carousel as you build it.
The currently selected slide is highlighted in the bottom navigation.
The bottom toolbar also gives you quick access to the most common editing actions.
From left to right you can:
* Navigate between slides
* Duplicate a slide
* Delete a slide
* Add a text element
* Add an image
* Undo changes
* Redo changes
* Zoom in or out
* Fit the carousel to your screen
#### **Adding new slides**
To add a new slide, simply click the `+` button on the canvas.
A layout library will open with slide designs that automatically match your carousel’s colors, fonts, and branding.
Layouts are organized into three categories:
* **Entry** – Cover slides and section introductions to kick off your carousel.
* **Content** – Main slide layouts for tips, text, quotes, images, statistics, and more.
* **Outro** – Closing slides with calls to action, follow prompts, or summaries.
### 3. **Inspector**
The Inspector appears as a right sidebar whenever you select an element. Its controls change depending on what you’ve selected.
For example, for text elements, you can customize details such:
* Font
* Weight
* Size
* Alignment
* Text color
* Highlight color
* Line height
* Opacity
You can also style the text container with: background, border, radius, padding, shadow, and backdrop blur.
**If nothing is selected, the Inspector remains empty.**
### 4. **Generating a carousel with AI**
Click **Generate** in the top-right corner.
You can either:
* Describe the carousel you’d like to create
* Click **Use my post** to instantly transform your existing LinkedIn post into a carousel.
After generation, every slide remains fully editable.
### **5. Saving & Exporting**
Your carousel saves automatically while you work. At the top of the editor you’ll see one of three statuses:
* **Saving…**
* **Saved**
* **Unsaved**
To export your carousel, you can click the dropdown next to **Add to post**.
From there you can:
* Download the carousel as a **PDF**
* Add the carousel directly to your LinkedIn post for scheduling
### **6. Renaming your carousel**
Click the carousel title at the top of the editor to rename it.
# Post Editor
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/editor/editor
The Post Editor is where you refine, review, and schedule your content before publishing it to LinkedIn.
It combines AI-assisted editing, formatting tools, collaboration features, and scheduling in one place, so you can go from draft to published post without leaving Scripe.
## Editing Text
* Simply click into the text area to start writing or editing your post.
* Standard text editing features are available, including:
* **Bold**, **Italic**, and **Underline** formatting
* **Bullet points** or **numbered lists**
* Quick access to editing options with the toolbar that appears when you select text.
## **Continue the conversation in the chat**
When you open a post, the chat on the left side continues the conversation you were already having while creating the draft.
This means you don’t need to start over or explain the context again. Simply tell Scripe what you’d like to change, and it will update the post based on the conversation history.
If you didn’t use the chat to create your draft, you can start a new conversation at any time and tell Scripe how you’d like to improve the post.
You can ask things like:
* Make the hook stronger
* Add a personal example
* Shorten the post
* Change the tone
* Rewrite specific sections
Scripe will suggest updated versions based on your instructions, and you can choose whether to apply those changes to your post.
## **Improve selected text with the chat**
Highlight any section of your post and click **Improve**.
You can either:
* Enter your own editing instruction
* Use one of the quick actions
This is useful when only a specific section needs refinement without changing the rest of the post. The improvement suggestion appears in the chat and you can opt to apply it or not.
## Using Mentions
In the Scripe Post Editor, you can tag companies and profiles directly in your LinkedIn posts by using mentions.
* Type **@** followed by the company or profile's name.
* A dropdown will appear showing matching results.
* Select the correct one from the list to insert the mention.
### **Can’t find someone when tagging?**
In that case, instead of searching by name, paste their LinkedIn profile URL (starting with linkedin.com/in) directly into the tag field, as shown in the image below:
Scripe will recognize the profile and insert the correct tag.
You only need to paste someone’s LinkedIn profile URL the first time you tag them. After they’ve been recognized once, you can simply search for their name in the future, and they’ll appear in the dropdown as usual.
For company pages, search using the company’s LinkedIn handle (the last part of its LinkedIn page URL), rather than the company name:
**Example:**
* Company URL: `https://www.linkedin.com/company/acme-company/`
* Search for: `acme-company`
**Note:** This behavior is a limitation of LinkedIn’s API, not Scripe. If someone doesn’t appear when searching by name, using their profile URL is the most reliable way to tag them.
## Adding Emojis
You can easily add emojis to your post inside the Scripe Editor to make your content more engaging and visually appealing.
* Click on the **emoji face icon** located in the editor toolbar or type `:` to add an emoji as you would in Slack or Notion, for example.
* Browse or search for the emoji you want.
* Click on the emoji to insert it directly into your post.
## Copy a Post to Clipboard
If you want to publish your post manually without scheduling through Scripe, you can quickly copy it without manually selecting the text.
* Click on the **three dots (···)** at the editor toolbar.
* Select **Copy to Clipboard**.
* Your entire post will be instantly copied, ready to paste wherever you need (like directly into LinkedIn).
## Adding and Managing Comments
The **Comment** feature in the Scripe Post Editor allows you to leave feedback, notes, or suggestions directly on specific parts of your post — ideal for solo editing or team collaboration.
### How to Add a Comment
1. **Highlight** the text you want to comment on.
2. Click **Comment** from the quick action menu.
3. Type your feedback or note in the comment box that appears.
### How to View and Manage Comments
* To view all comments on a post, click the **speech bubble icon** with a number at the top right of the editor.
* This will open a panel where you can see every active comment and reply to them if needed.
If you click Resolve on a comment, it will be permanently deleted. Only click Resolve when the comment has been fully addressed, as it cannot be undone.
### Best Uses for Comments
* Leave reminders for edits or improvements.
* Ask questions or suggest changes when collaborating.
* Keep track of feedback during drafting and revision.
**Note:** Comments are internal only and will not appear in your final published post.
## Requesting a Review
If you're on Scripe's Advanced or Business plans, you can request a teammate to review your draft before publishing.
* Click on **Assign Reviewer** on the editor toolbar.
* Pick a **Review Stage** and **select the reviewer** from the dropdown list.
* Set a **Review Due Date** by picking a deadline from the calendar.
* Click **Request Review** to send the review request.
The assigned reviewer will receive a notification both on their Scripe Inbox and via email, to complete the review by the selected due date.
## Managing Post Notifications
You can also control notifications for individual posts using the three dots (···) on the top right corner of the editor and clicking on **Subscribe/Unsubscribe to updates**.
This is helpful if you want or no longer want to receive notifications about changes, comments, or review updates for a particular draft.
## Delete a Post
You can delete a draft post directly from the editor if you no longer need it.
* Click on the **three dots (···)** on the editor toolbar.
* Select **Delete**.
* Confirm the action to permanently remove the post from your workspace.
Deleting a post is permanent and cannot be undone.
## Extra Tools Sidebar & Top Bar
On the right-hand side of the editor, you’ll find tools that help you create, refine, and enrich your post:
* **Preview**: Choose between **Desktop view** and **Mobile view** to see how your post will appear on different devices.
* **Stats:** Get a quick overview of how your post is expected to perform before publishing.
The top bar gives you quick access to controls that help you format and organize your content:
* **Post Format:** You can update your post format at any time.
* **Add a Label:** Create your own labels via Settings to categorise your posts.
* **Assign Campaign:** Create your own campaigns on the worskpace and add your posts to them.
* **Assign Reviewer:** Request a teammate to review your draft before publishing.
**Tip:** Click the post title to rename it to something recognizable for you, this won’t affect the published post.
# Add Media
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/editor/media
Use the **Add Media** button in the editor to upload visuals that boost engagement and bring your content to life.
## How to Add Media to your Post
1. In the post editor, click **“Add media to your post”**
2. A pop-up will appear where you can choose what to upload:
* **Image**: Upload photos from your device
* **Video**: Share a short video clip
* **PDF**: Upload a carousel or any document
3. You can also explore:
* [AI Photos](/editor/AI-photos) to generate on-brand images of you in seconds.
* **Unsplash** for free, high-quality stock images
* **Giphy** to add a fun GIF to your post
* [Carousel](/editor/carousel) to transform written content into a polished, swipeable LinkedIn carousel, ready to catch attention and boost engagement.
Once uploaded, your media will be attached to the post preview and ready to publish.
To upload a Scripe carousel, download it as a PDF and upload it here, or directly on LinkedIn via the “Document” option for best formatting.
## LinkedIn Media Upload Requirements
When uploading media files to Scripe for publishing on LinkedIn, it’s important to ensure your files meet **LinkedIn’s format and size requirements**.
Below is a quick guide to what’s supported:
### 📄 Documents
* **Max File Size:** 100MB
* **Max Pages:** 300
* **Supported Formats:**
* PPT, PPTX
* DOC, DOCX
* PDF
### 🎥 Videos
* **Length:** 3 seconds to 30 minutes
* **File Size:** 75KB – 500MB
* **Format:** MP4 only
### 🖼️ Images
* **Max Resolution:** 36,152,320 pixels (e.g., 6016 x 6016)
* **Supported Formats:** JPG, PNG, GIF
* **GIFs:** Up to 250 frames supported
## Media Suggestions
Media Suggestions appear right at the bottom of your post draft and show you which post format (like a carousel) is likely to perform best based on data from similar posts. Scripe explains *why* the format is recommended and lets you add it with one click, so you can choose the most effective way to publish without guessing.
# Schedule or Publish
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/editor/schedule
Once your post is ready in the [post editor](/editor/editor), you have a few options:
* Plan it in the [**Scripe calendar**](/sidebar/calendar)
* **Schedule it** for automatic posting on LinkedIn
* **Publish it immediately to LinkedIn**
The following buttons are located in the **top-right corner** of the editor.
## Schedule for Later
Want to plan ahead? Click the **“Clock”** icon next to Publish to set a future date and time.
* Select a date and time.
* Choose between:
* **“Confirm & Schedule”** – Scripe will auto-post for you on the selected date and time

## Publish Now
Click the **“Publish”** button to post directly to LinkedIn in real time.
* A preview of your post will appear
* Confirm by clicking **“Post on LinkedIn now”**
* Your post will instantly go live on your profile
# Stats
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/editor/stats
The Stats panel on the post editor shows insights that help you understand how your content is likely to perform on LinkedIn.
## Where to find it
1. Open any post in the editor.
2. On the top right side of the screen, click the **Stats** icon.
## What the Stats panel does
Stats analyzes your draft and provides data-driven feedback so you can optimize your post before publishing. It looks at:
### 1. Estimated Reach
Shows a prediction of:
* **impressions:** approximately how many people may see your post
* **engagement:** expected interactions (likes, comments, reposts)
Scripe compares your draft to similar posts with a similar audience size, industry, and format.
### 2. Readability
The readability score is calculated using the [Flesch–Kincaid readability tests](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flesch%E2%80%93Kincaid_readability_tests), a widely used method that evaluates how complex a text is based on sentence length and word difficulty.
The lower the grade, the more accessible and conversational the text is. For LinkedIn, clearer writing typically performs better because readers can process the message quickly while scrolling.
The result is a grade level (0 to 12) and **we recommend that you aim for a grade of 9 or lower.**
### 3. Writing Flow
Shows the variation of sentence lengths in your writing. A high Flow Score means your writing is rhythmic and engaging.
The panel breaks down your sentences into tiny, short, medium, long, and very long. A mix of shorter and longer sentences keeps readers engaged and improves rhythm.
You can also click “Highlight sentence lengths” to see every sentence in your editor color-coded by length. This makes it easier to spot where you may need to shorten or vary your sentences.

# Slack
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/integrations/slack
Scripe connects seamlessly with Slack so your team can stay updated, collaborate faster, and never miss an important post or review.
You can set up two types of Slack integrations:
1. **Slack Engagement Channel** – Share new posts automatically into a Slack channel.
2. **Slack Notifications** – Get personal notifications about reviews, comments, and updates directly in your Slack DMs.
## 1. Slack Engagement Channel
Keep your team in the loop by posting Scripe updates into a dedicated Slack channel.
### How it works
* Whenever a post scheduled through Scripe is published, an update is sent to your selected Slack channel.
* Posts published directly on LinkedIn (outside Scripe) will also trigger updates if you have a connected personal brand. These may appear with a short delay due to external detection.
### Setup Steps
1. Go to **Integrations > Slack Engagement Channel**.
2. Choose a Slack channel (e.g., `#linkedin-engagement`) to connect.
3. Once connected, every published post will be posted in the channel.
4. Click on the `...` and **Settings** to enable or disable `@channel` mentions for higher visibility, or **Delete** to delete the connection.
**Example:**\
When a new LinkedIn post goes live from a Personal Brand within your workspace, your team will see:
* A short text preview of the post + the name of the Personal Brand that published it.
* A direct link to “View on LinkedIn”
## 2. Slack Notifications
Stay on top of your personal Scripe tasks and feedback directly in Slack.
### How it works
* Notifications are sent to your direct messages with the Scripe Slack app.
* **Each team member connects their Slack individually** — this ensures notifications are personal and not shared across the whole workspace.
### Setup Steps
1. Go to **Integrations > Slack Notifications** and click **Connect**.
2. Approve the Slack app to connect with your account.
## Best Practices
* Use the **Engagement Channel** for team-wide visibility and quick engagement on posts.
* Use **Notifications** to stay accountable for your personal tasks and reviews.
* Combine both for maximum visibility and streamlined collaboration.
# WhatsApp
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/integrations/whats-app
With our WhatsApp integration, you can easily upload voice or text memos directly into Scripe, making it even faster to capture ideas and turn them into content.
This guide walks you through setup and usage.
## Step 1: Connect Your WhatsApp
### Via Dashboard:
1. Open the Personal Brand you want to connect.
2. On the Dashboard, click on the **WhatsApp icon** on the top right corner.
3. A QR code will appear.
4. Scan the QR code with your phone to connect.
### Via Settings:
1. Go to your **Settings** in Scripe and click on the [Personal Brand](/settings/personalbrand) you want to connect.
2. Under **WhatsApp Connections**, click **Add Connection**.
3. A QR code will appear.
4. Scan the QRcode with your phone to connect.
### Via Sources:
1. In your dashboard sidebar, go to **Sources**.
2. At the top of the page, click **Connect WhatsApp**.
3. A QR code will be displayed.
4. Open WhatsApp on your phone, scan the QR code, and you’re connected.
Once connected, you’ll receive a confirmation message in WhatsApp with:
* The project name you’re connected to
* Instructions on how to submit your inputs
* A **Visit FAQ** link (to this help article)
* An **Unsubscribe** button (to disconnect)
## Step 2: Send Voice or Text Memos
After connecting your device:
* Open the chat in WhatsApp.
* Record a **voice memo** or type a **text message**.
* Send it as you normally would.
**What happens next:**
* Scripe processes your memo.
* You’ll receive a confirmation link in WhatsApp.
* Your memo appears in Scripe under your [project uploads](/sidebar/uploads).
* Click on the memo to see the posts generated from it.
## Manage Your WhatsApp Connection
You can manage connections anytime from your **Settings → Personal Brand → Whatsapp Connections**.
Options available:
* **Add** a connection
* **Remove** existing connection
**A WhatsApp number can only be active on one personal brand at a time.** If you connect your device to a new project, it will automatically disconnect from the previous one.
**Example workflow for switching your WhatsApp connection to another Personal Brand:**
1. You connect your WhatsApp to Personal Brand A.
2. You send a voice memo. It shows up in Personal Brand A’s uploads.
3. You later connect the same WhatsApp number to Personal Brand B.
* Personal Brand A disconnects automatically.
* New memos will now appear in Personal Brand B.
## FAQ
You can use both. Once your device is connected to Scripe, you’re free to send memos from either the mobile app or WhatsApp Web — whichever is more convenient.
Your memo is processed almost instantly. In most cases, it will appear in Scripe within just a few seconds of sending it.
There’s no strict limit on the number of memos you can upload. However, we recommend using good judgment to keep your workspace organized and easy to manage.
No. Disconnecting only stops new memos from coming in. Any memos you’ve already uploaded will remain safely stored in your Personal Brand.
No, you don’t. Once your WhatsApp device is connected, the link remains active until you choose to disconnect it manually. Logging out of Scripe won’t affect the connection.
Each Personal Brand can only be linked to one WhatsApp number at a time. If multiple team members share access to the same WhatsApp number, they can all use it for sending memos to the same Personal Brand.
# Partner Commission & Payment Terms
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/partner/get-paid
Scripe rewards you for every paying customer you refer — and not just once. When someone signs up using your referral link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn **20% commission on all of their payments, for life**.
Here’s what you need to know about how commission works and when you’ll get paid:
## How the Commission Works
* You receive **20% of every payment** made by customers who subscribed **through your partner link.**
* This applies to **all plan types**, and the commission is **recurring**, meaning you keep earning every month the customer stays subscribed.
* There’s **no cap** on how many referrals you can make.
## Payment Schedule
* Commissions are **paid monthly**, at the **first two weeks of the following month**.
* Example: If you earn \$80 in June, you’ll receive that payment in the first two weeks of July.
* Payments are only processed if your **payout balance is over \$50**.
### How to Set Up Your Payout Details
To make sure you get paid:
1. Go to your **Affiliate Dashboard**.
2. Head to **Profile Settings**.
3. Fill out your **Country** and **Address** (these are required for payment processing).
4. On your **first payout**, you’ll receive an email from First Promoter (Via Dots) prompting you to set up your payment method.
5. After setup, all future payments are automatic.
**Reminder:** Make sure your email is always up to date in your profile settings so you don’t miss payment setup notifications or updates from the Scripe team.

# Partner Link & Tracking Code
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/partner/share
If you’re part of [Scripe’s Partner Program](/affiliate/program), here’s how to make the most of it.
## Find Your Partner Link
* Go to your affiliate dashboard and scroll down to **Referral Links**.
* Customize the token if you'd like a personalized link.
* You can create different links for different platforms to track performance.
## Create a Personalised Tracking Code
Tracking coupons can be shared without a referral link, and sales will be tracked.
* Go to your affiliate dashboard and scroll down to **Tracking Coupons**.
* Click on **Create coupon code**.
* Personalise it to your liking, and it's ready to share.
* This tracking code also gives your clients \$25 off their first month of Scripe.
## Share Your Link & Code Effectively
Once your link is set up, make sure all your clients use it when signing up to Scripe.
We also recommend that you share it on platforms where people already value your recommendations:
* **Social Media:** LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube
* **Web:** Blog posts, personal websites, podcasts, eBooks
* **Private Communities:** Newsletters, Telegram groups, WhatsApp communities
The goal isn’t to post everywhere but to post where you already have people listening.
**Important:** Sharing your Partner link or Scripe coupons on coupon/discount websites is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal from the program.
# AI-powered Post Suggestions
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/post/ai-powered
Scripe can generate weekly post ideas for you: no prompt needed. These suggestions are based on your content strategy, posting goals, and personal tone.
## How it works:
Every week, Scripe automatically suggests new LinkedIn posts for you, based on:
* Your selected **content strategy**
* Your **activity targets** (how many posts you want to publish that month)
* Insights from your **Knowledge Base** and past posts
Clicking any of these suggestions will open your post drafts that are within the topic, ready to be published, so you can schedule or tweak them right away.
When you hover over a weekly suggestion, you’ll see two actions:
* **Edit post**: Opens the post editor so you can work on the LinkedIn draft.
* **Add to chat**: Sends the post idea into Chat, where you can brainstorm, refine, expand, or re-angle it.
You can find all of your post suggestions in the [Posts page](/sidebar/posts) on your left sidebar.
**Personalization improves with input:** The more content you add to Scripe, the smarter your weekly suggestions get. These help Scripe identify opportunities you might not have thought of, so you're not starting from scratch every week.
**Tip:** Try the [**Content Interview**](/post/interview) to quickly update Scripe on recent news, wins, or reflections. It’s a great way to feed your [Knowledge Base](/sidebar/knowledge) with fresh context.
# Chat Modes
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/post/chat-modes
Scripe offers four different chat modes designed for different types of content creation workflows. Whether you already know what you want to post, want to brainstorm ideas, prefer talking instead of typing, or want to repurpose existing content — there’s a mode built for it.
The four chat modes are:
* Guided Mode
* Ideation Mode
* Content Interview Mode
* Source Mode
Each mode helps you create content in a different way depending on your goals and workflow.
## 1. Guided Mode
This is the ideal mode if you open Scripe and think:
> *“I need content for next week, but I don’t know where to start.”*
In Guided Mode, Scripe acts like a personal LinkedIn content coach that already understands:
* your content strategy
* your previous posts
* what performs well on LinkedIn
* your tone of voice
* your connected knowledge sources
The mode also works together with your content calendar and strategy recommendations.
For example, if your next recommended content pillar is “Educational,” Scripe may suggest creating content that fits that direction based on your strategy and what typically performs well on LinkedIn.
Once you select a direction, Scripe starts guiding you through a series of questions to pull insights, experiences, frameworks, and ideas out of your head.
It also gives examples along the way to help you answer faster and with more clarity.
Instead of staring at a blank page, you simply answer the prompts while Scripe structures the content for you.
## 2. Ideation Mode
Ideation Mode is designed for brainstorming, exploring ideas, and discovering new content directions more freely.
Instead of following a structured flow, this mode gives you space to experiment, ask questions, analyze trends, and spark new ideas.
For example, you can ask Scripe open-ended questions like:
* “What’s trending right now in product building?”
* “What content formats are performing well for founders?”
* “What should I post about this week?”
Scripe analyzes insights from millions of LinkedIn posts to identify trends, themes, formats, and angles that are currently performing — helping you find inspiration backed by real platform data.
Unlike Guided Mode, Ideation Mode is intentionally more open and flexible, making it ideal when you want to brainstorm, explore possibilities, and develop ideas before turning them into content.
## 3. Content Interview Mode
Content Interview Mode is similar to Guided Mode, but **optimized for people who think better by talking.**
The goal of this mode is to make content creation feel more natural and conversational. Instead of typing your ideas, you speak freely while Scripe listens, transcribes, and turns your words into content drafts.
In this mode, you can:
* speak freely about a topic
* explain stories or experiences naturally
* brainstorm out loud
* talk through frameworks and opinions
Scripe then turns the conversation into structured LinkedIn content.
You can also customize the interview experience by selecting different speakers and languages. The Content Interview is currently available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
## 4. Source Mode
Source Mode is built for repurposing long-form content into LinkedIn posts.
If you already have existing content such as:
* YouTube videos
* Podcasts
* Websites
* Blog posts
* Documents
* Notes
* Recordings
You can upload them and let Scripe analyze the content and help you turn it into multiple post ideas and drafts.
Once the source is uploaded, you can continue working with it by:
* generating different post angles
* extracting frameworks or key insights
* transforming long-form content into short-form LinkedIn posts
For example, you could ask Scripe to:
* create posts from a podcast episode
* rewrite content in a more personal tone
* turn a document into educational content
## Upload Files & Reply with Voice Notes
Across all chat modes, you can add additional context to the conversation by clicking the `+` button in the chat bar.
Here, you can:
* select existing files from your connected Sources
* upload new documents, notes, transcripts, PDFs, and other materials for Scripe to use as context
This helps Scripe generate content that is more personalized, accurate, and aligned with your knowledge and experiences.
You can also click the **microphone icon** to respond using a voice note instead of typing. This is especially useful if you prefer talking through your ideas naturally or want to capture thoughts quickly without writing everything manually.
## Accessing Your Chat History
You can access your previous conversations at any time by clicking the **chat bubbles icon** in the top-left corner of your Personal Brand dashboard.
There, you’ll find your chat history across all chat modes, making it easy to:
* continue previous conversations
* revisit old post ideas and drafts
* reopen brainstorming sessions
* delete old chats
# Quick Create
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/post/quick-create
Quick Create allows you to instantly create a new post idea without using the chat.
You can access it by clicking the small **feather icon** next to your workspace name in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
Once opened, Quick Create gives you two options:
* quickly generate a post from text, thoughts, or rough ideas
* create an empty post to work on manually later
## Create a Post from Text
Inside the Quick Create window, you can type:
* rough thoughts
* post ideas
* notes
* frameworks
* partial drafts
* random brainstorms
You do not need perfectly written text — even rough notes or unfinished thoughts work.
Scripe will then turn your input into a post draft.
## Create an Empty Post
If you prefer starting completely from scratch, you can click **Create empty post**.
This opens a blank post editor where you can manually write, edit, and develop your content yourself.
# Refund Policy
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/refund-policy
At Scripe, you can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your [workspace settings](/settings/billing).
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate or refund unused time after a cancellation.
Scripe is a B2B product. All accounts are business accounts, and this policy is written accordingly.
Because Scripe is a business product used by companies and professionals, our subscriptions are governed by our commercial terms of service rather than consumer protection regulations that apply to individual consumer purchases.
## Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are not refundable if you forget to cancel before your renewal date. This includes situations such as:
* Forgetting to cancel before renewal
* Assuming the subscription would cancel automatically
* Not seeing the renewal notification
* Deciding you no longer need the product after the renewal was processed
Your account will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
## Yearly subscriptions
If your annual subscription renews automatically and you contact us within approximately 14 days of the renewal, we may issue a full refund, provided the renewed subscription has not been meaningfully used.
This is a goodwill policy, applied consistently rather than case by case.
If the renewed annual subscription has already been actively used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
## Billing mistakes
If you've been charged incorrectly, for example:
* Duplicate charges
* Incorrect billing amount
* Other billing errors caused by us
please contact our support team via the in-product chat or by email ([hello@scripe.io](mailto:hello@scripe.io)) as soon as possible. We'll investigate and refund any incorrect charges immediately.
## **Special cases**
We understand that every situation is different. While the policy above covers the vast majority of cases, we’ll always review exceptional circumstances individually where appropriate.
***
If you have any questions about your subscription or believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
# Billing
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/billing
You can easily manage your subscription, payment methods, billing information, and invoices directly from your Scripe account settings.
## Upgrade or Downgrade
* **Upgrade your plan** depending on your needs.
* **Switch to yearly billing**: automatically save 20% by paying annually instead of monthly. Your subscription will update immediately, and the new billing cycle will apply from your next payment.
Downgrades between plans aren’t available. To switch to a lower tier, simply cancel your existing subscription and re-subscribe to the plan you prefer.
## Manage Subscription
If you’re on the Advanced or Business plan, you can manage your subscription anytime through **Manage Seats** — where you can add or remove Full LinkedIn Seats and/or Amplifier Seats as needed.
The prorated charge for your change takes effect immediately.
You must [delete a Personal Brand](/settings/personalbrand) before **removing a seat** from your subscription.
## Manage Payment Methods & Billing Details
Under **Billing Details**, you can view and manage the billing address and all payment methods linked to your account.
If you have more than one payment method, you can set one as the **default**.
Updates on billing address will only apply to **new invoices**.
## Access and Download Past Invoices
* Under **Invoice History**, you’ll find a list of all your past invoices.
* Click on the invoice you want to download.
* A new page will open where you can click **Download Invoice** to save it.
# Workspace Settings
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/general
In Scripe, a workspace is your content environment. Each workspace contains one or more personal brands (the profiles you create and post content for).
The **General** tab in your settings allows you to manage key details about your **workspace** in Scripe. From here, you can update your profile, add verified domains, and control access to your workspace.
## Workspace Settings:
### Organization Profile
Your organization profile includes the name, logo, and unique identifier (slug) of your workspace.
* **Logo**: Upload a custom image (recommended size: 1:1, up to 10MB) to personalize your workspace.
* **Name**: The display name of your workspace in Scripe.
* **Slug**: A unique identifier automatically generated when you create your organization. This helps Scripe distinguish your workspace from others.
To update your profile, click **Update profile**, make your changes, and hit **Save**.
### Verified Domains
Adding a **verified domain** allows people with matching email addresses to easily request to join your workspace.
For example, if you verify `company.com`, anyone with an email ending in `@company.com` can be recognized as part of your organization.
### Leaving or Deleting an Organization
* **Leave organization**: Removes your personal account from the organization. You will no longer have access to its workspaces, brands, or content.
* **Delete organization**: Permanently deletes the organization and all of its data from Scripe.
Both actions cannot be undone, so only do this if you are sure you no longer need the workspace.
## How to Switch Workspaces 🔄
If you're in an Agency plan and have more than one workspace set up, this is how you switch between workspaces:
1. Click your **profile icon** in the top-left corner of Scripe.
2. Select **"Switch workspace."**
3. A menu will appear showing all the workspaces you belong to.
4. Click on the workspace you want to enter.
You can be part of multiple workspaces. Just use the workspace switcher to move between them anytime.
# Labels
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/labels
The **Labels** feature helps you keep your posts organized across the entire workspace.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
You can use labels to categorize content by any type of categorization or system that fits your company’s communication strategy.
## Workspace-Level Feature
Labels are a **workspace feature**, meaning they apply across your entire account.
Each personal brand within your workspace can view and apply these labels when creating or scheduling posts.
While personal brands can create additional labels if needed, we recommend setting up **workspace-wide labels** to keep your workspace organized and consistent.
## Creating and Managing Labels
From the **Labels** tab, you can:
* Click **New label** to create a new label
* Click **New group** to organize labels under a shared category
* Add a **description** to clarify what each label should be used for
* See when each label was **last applied** and **created**
### Best Practices
* Keep label names short, clear, and action-oriented.
* Group related labels (e.g., “Product Demos” → “Videos” and “Screenshots”).
* Regularly review and clean up unused labels to maintain clarity.
## How Labels Work in Posts
When creating or editing a post, you can assign one or more labels to help categorize it.
For example:
* “Product Update” for release announcements
* “HR Activations” for role openings
* “Community Challenge” for engagement initiatives
* “Product Videos” for posts that include product demos
These labels make it easier to filter, analyze, and measure the performance of your company’s content later in the [Analytics](/workspace/team-analytics) views.
# Click Tracking
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/link-tracking
Create and manage tracked links to measure clicks from your content.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
With Click Tracking, you can create tracked links that show:
* How many people clicked your links
* Which LinkedIn profile or post generated the clicks
* Which placements perform best
* Where your audience is located geographically
You can use tracked links across:
* LinkedIn profiles
* LinkedIn posts
* Auto-engagement comments
* Feature sections
* Company pages
* Any external placement you want to track
## How Click Tracking Works
When you create a tracked link inside Scripe, the platform generates a unique redirect URL.
When someone clicks that URL:
1. Scripe records the click
2. The user is redirected instantly to your final destination URL
3. Analytics are updated inside your Click Tracking dashboard
This allows you to measure real engagement and understand which content actually drives traffic.
## How to Create a Tracked Link
To create a tracked link:
1. Open **Settings → Click Tracking**
2. Click **Create Link**
3. Paste your destination URL
4. Save the link
Once created, you can:
* Create placements
* Assign links to profiles
* Use links inside posts or comments
* Track performance in analytics
## Understanding Placements
Placements help organize where your tracked links are being used.
Scripe currently supports:
### Profile placements
You can use tracked links directly on your LinkedIn profile to measure profile-driven traffic.
**How to Set It Up:**
1. Select your tracked link
2. Add a **Profile Placement**
3. Select the LinkedIn profiles you want to use the link on
4. Copy the generated tracking link
5. Open LinkedIn and paste the link into your profile:
* Open LinkedIn and go to your profile.
* Click on **Edit Profile**.
* Scroll down to the Website section.
* Paste your Scripe-generated link into the **Link field.**
* Add a custom name under Link Text — for example: Try Scripe for Free!
### Post & Comment placements
You can also add tracked links directly into your LinkedIn posts or comments inside the auto-engagement feature.
**How to Set It Up:**
1. Paste your destination link in the post editor or comments
2. Enable **Link Tracking**
3. Scripe automatically converts the link into a tracked URL
The post will then appear automatically inside your Click Tracking analytics.
### Other placements
You can also create standalone tracked links for any use case outside of profiles or posts.
Examples:
* Webinars
* Landing pages
* Partner campaigns
* External social platforms
* Email campaigns
You can:
* Add a custom name
* Choose an emoji
* Copy and use the link anywhere
## Why Click Tracking Matters
Click Tracking helps turn LinkedIn into a measurable growth channel. Instead of relying only on impressions or engagement, you can understand:
* What content actually drives traffic
* Which profiles convert best
* How LinkedIn contributes to pipeline and revenue
This makes it easier to optimize your content strategy using real performance data instead of guesswork.
# Notifications
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/notifications
Stay up to date with what matters most in your team's content workflow by configuring email or Slack notifications for key events.
Connect your Scripe workspace with Slack! [Here's how](/integrations/slack) :)
### Manage your Notifications
Click Email and/or Slack to access and customize which alerts you’d like to receive from your Scripe workspace:
**General Notifications include:**
* **Post review assigned:** Get notified when you're asked to review a post.
* **Post review completed:** Get notified when someone completes a review you requested.
* **Post comments:** Get notified when someone leaves a comment on a post.
* **Campaign comments:** Get notified when someone comments on a campaign you created or mentions you (Business only).
* **Campaign started:** Get notified when a campaign you are part of is activated (Business only).
* **Engagement requests (Slack only):** Get notified when someone requests engagement on a post.
**Automated emails include:**
* **Weekly post ideas:** Receive an email when new post ideas are generated for you.
* **LinkedIn connection alerts:** Receive alerts when your LinkedIn connection in Scripe needs to be refreshed.
Each option can be toggled on or off depending on your preferences.
# Users & Accounts
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/people
If you’re on the Advanced or Business plan, you can invite multiple members to your workspace. On the Business plan, you can also assign different roles and permission levels to each member.
## Invite Members to your Workspace
If you're on the Advanced or Business Plan, you can add multiple members to your organization.
Assigning different Roles & Permissions is only available on the Business Plan.
**Here's how:**
1. In Scripe, click the name of your workspace in the top-right corner.
2. Click **Invite and Manage Members**.
3. On the Users & Accounts page, click **Invite → Invite a teammate.**
4. Enter their email address, assign a Personal Brand (optional), and assign a role:
* **Admin** – Full access to everything.
* **Manager** – Manage members and accounts. No billing access.
* **Creator** – Can fully create and post on assigned accounts.
* **Assistant** – Supports with posts but can't publish.
* **Client** – Read-only review of assigned posts + analytics.
5. Send the invite.
## Generate an Amplifier invite link
Anyone with this link can join your workspace as an amplifier and connect their LinkedIn account. Your billing is then automatically updated when they join the workspace.
An Amplifier Seat is a Business plan feature that lets you connect a LinkedIn account to Scripe for analytics and auto-engagement only — without access to content creation tools.
## How to manage Users & Accounts in Scripe
Navigate to the **Users & Accounts** tab in the Settings.
Here you have two main tabs:
### Users
See the list of all members in your organization, their roles, and accounts assigned to them. Here you can:
* Remove members if they no longer need access (via the three-dot menu)
* Assign the LinkedIn accounts that each user should have access to.
* [Manage invitations](https://docs.scripe.io/team-plan/invite) and requests to join your workspace
* Change their roles:
* **Admin** – Full access to everything.
* **Manager** – Manage members and accounts. No billing access.
* **Creator** – Can fully create and post on assigned accounts.
* **Assistant** – Supports with posts but can't publish.
* **Client** – Read-only review of assigned posts.
### LinkedIn Accounts
See the list of LinkedIn accounts connected to your Scripe workspace, and all the users assigned to each of them.
Here, you can assign multiple users to the same profile.
# Personal Brand
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/personalbrand
The Personal Brand Settings on Scripe let you manage LinkedIn connections, engagement preferences, AI Photos training, connected WhatsApp number, and account deletion options.
In Scripe, a **Personal Brand** refers to the LinkedIn profile you manage through the platform. You can manage multiple Personal Brands on the Advanced and Business plan, and a single Personal Brand in the Solo Plan.
In your Account Settings, you can manage your Personal Brand:
## LinkedIn Connection
This section displays the LinkedIn profile connected to your personal brand, along with any Company Pages where this profile has admin access.
You can also manage your connections here at any time by clicking **Connect** or **Disconnect**.
Scripe is currently one of the only LinkedIn content platforms that is an **Official LinkedIn API Partner** — meaning your account connection is handled through LinkedIn’s official infrastructure, making it significantly more stable, secure, and future-proof than browser-extension-based tools.
## Engagement Settings
Control how other workspace members can use your account for likes, comments, and reshares via the auto-engagement feature.
This feature is only available on the Advanced and Business Plans.
You can choose whether Likes, Comments, and Reshares are:
* **On** → automatically performed
* **Request** → require approval before engaging
* **Off** → completely disabled
You can also customize:
* **Reaction Type** for likes
* **AI Auto-Comments** to match your tone of voice
* Example comments to help Scripe generate more natural, personalized engagement
## Upload Images to train AI
This section allows you to upload photos so Scripe can generate [AI-powered personal branding images.](/editor/AI-photos)
**How it works:**
* Upload 10–20 images to continue
* Supported formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg
* Maximum size: 10 MB per image
**Important notes:**
* The quality of your uploaded photos directly affects the quality of the generated images
* Photos are not permanently stored
* Images uploaded for training are deleted automatically once training is complete
## WhatsApp Connections
[Connect WhatsApp](/integrations/whats-app) to send voice or text memos straight into Scripe. It's the fastest way to capture ideas and turn them into content.
**A device can only be connected to one Personal Brand at a time.**
Here you can add or delete your current WhatsApp Connections.
## Delete Personal Brand
* You can permanently delete your personal brand and all associated data.
* To proceed, click the **Delete personal brand** button.
Warning: This action **cannot be undone**.
To permanently delete your Scripe account, go to **Settings** → [**Security**](/account/security) and follow the deletion steps. This action **cannot be undone**.
# Post Status
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/post-status
The **Post Statuses** page in your Workspace Settings lets you define and customize the workflow that posts go through, from creation to publication.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
## Overview
Post statuses represent the different stages of your content creation process.
Each post in Scripe has a status assigned to it — for example: *Draft*, *In Progress*, *In Review*, *Scheduled*, or *Published*.
From here, you can:
* Create custom statuses to match your workflow.
* Rename or remove existing custom statuses.
* Organize your team’s posting process end-to-end.
What you set up here applies **across all Personal Brands in the workspace**. Every user will see and use the same status workflow when managing posts.
### Customizable Statuses
You can fully customize the workflow around your drafts, progress, and reviews.
This is where you can adapt Scripe to fit your internal process, whether it’s just you or a larger content team.
**You can add multiple:**
* Draft statuses (e.g., “Draft”, “Idea”)
* In Progress statuses (e.g., “Writing”, “Designing”)
* In Review statuses (e.g., “Review by Marketing”, “Review by Client”)
**Each custom status can have:**
* A unique name
* An optional description
* A color-coded icon for clarity
### Default System Statuses
Some statuses are system-locked and cannot be deleted or duplicated. These are essential for Scripe’s publishing flow and ensure your workspace stays consistent.
* **Suggested** → Used for AI-generated posts from Done-For-You (Scripe suggestions).
* **Scheduled** → Automatically applied to posts that are currently scheduled for publishing.
* **Published** → Automatically assigned to posts that have already been published on LinkedIn.
### Deleting a Status
When deleting a custom status, you’ll be prompted to reassign all posts that currently use that status to another one within the same category. This ensures that no post is left without a valid workflow stage.
### Require Review Workflow
At the top of the page, you’ll find a toggle called **Require review workflow**.
When enabled, every post must be reviewed before it can be scheduled. This ensures a consistent approval process and prevents accidental publishing.
## Where It Appears
Once your statuses are set up, they’ll appear on the [Posts](/sidebar/posts) page for every Personal Brand in your workspace. There, users can manage posts in list view or kanban view, depending on their individual preference.
Each post or row will display its current status, and users can easily drag, drop, or change statuses as they progress through their content pipeline.
Users can also change the status of a post inside the [Post Editor](/editor/editor).
# Profile
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/profile
The **Profile** page on Scripe allows you to manage your personal account settings, update your email addresses, and connect external accounts for easier login and integration.
## Profile Information
* Displays your name and profile picture.
* Option to **Update profile** to change personal details (e.g., name or profile picture).
## Email Addresses
* **Primary Email**:
* Your main email address associated with your Scripe account.
* It is used for login, important notifications, and communications.
* Indicated by the "Primary" label next to the address.
Your **Primary Email** cannot be deleted unless you set a different email as primary first.
* **Additional Emails**:
* You can add secondary email addresses for backup access or notifications.
* Secondary emails are listed under the primary one.
* You can set a secondary email as Primary by clicking on the three dots next to the email address and selecting **Set as Primary**.
* You can remove a secondary email by clicking on the three dots next to it and selecting **Remove Email**.
* **Add Email Address**:
* Click the **+ Add email address** link to associate a new email with your account.
## Connected Accounts
* You can manage your external accounts for easier login:
* **LinkedIn**: Shows the connected LinkedIn account.
* **Google**: Shows the connected Google account.
* You may also remove the accounts via the three-dot menu next to each connected account.
External account connections can be managed independently without affecting your Scripe account access, as long as your email login remains active.
## Country & Address
On your Profile page, you’ll see two optional fields: Country and Address. These are only required if you’re actively using [Scripe’s referral program](/settings/referrals).
If you share your referral link and generate commission, Scripe needs your country and address to process payouts correctly and comply with international payment requirements. If you’re not using referrals, you can leave these fields empty.
To update these fields, select your country from the dropdown and enter your address in the text box.
## Actions You Can Perform
* Update your profile details by clicking **Update profile**.
* Add or remove email addresses.
* Change your primary email if needed (by setting another verified email as primary).
* Connect or disconnect LinkedIn or Google accounts for single sign-on (SSO).
# Referral Program
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/referrals
The Referrals page in Scripe allows you to earn rewards by inviting others to join Scripe.
Every time someone signs up using your referral link:
* They receive **4 weeks of Scripe for free.**
* You earn **20% lifetime commission** on every subscription payment they make.
No limits. As long as they stay with Scripe, you keep earning.
If you’d like to take things a step further and **become an official Scripe Partner** (integrating Scripe into your own offers, services, or client systems) you can [apply to our Partner Program here](https://scripe.io/partners).
As a partner, you’ll get access to exclusive resources, co-marketing opportunities, and higher commission tiers.
## Where to find your referral link
To find your referral link, go to your Workspace Settings → Referrals.
In this page, you’ll find your **unique referral link**.
* Click **Copy link** to copy your link to your clipboard.
* Share it anywhere: LinkedIn posts, DMs, newsletters, WhatsApp, etc.
The referral only tracks if the person signs up directly through your unique link.
## Add Payment Details (so we can pay you!)
Before commissions can be paid out, Scripe needs your payout information.
On the Referrals page, click: **Complete Profile → Add your country and address to receive referral payments.**
Once completed, you’ll receive an email (via Dots) to set up your preferred payment method.\
You only need to do this once — after that, all payouts will be automatically transferred to you every month.
Payments are only processed once you’ve reached the **minimum threshold of \$50** in commissions.
## Referral Stats Overview
Below the referral link, you'll find your Referral Stats.
* **Sign-up Date:** When the referred user created their account.
* **Email Address:** The email address associated with the referral.
* **Status:** Trial, Active, Canceled, etc.
* **Latest Commission:** Most recent payment attributed to that referral.
* **Total Commission:** Total amount earned from that referral so far.
You can use this section to track who signed up and whether they are generating commissions.
You can email [hello@scripe.io](mailto:hello@scripe.io) if a referral hasn’t been correctly attributed to your account.
# Security & Access
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/security
The **Security & Access** page on Scripe allows you to manage your logged-in devices, monitor active sessions, and securely delete your account if needed.
## Active Devices
* Displays a list of devices currently logged into your Scripe account.
* Each device entry shows:
* Device name (e.g., Macintosh, Windows, etc.)
* Browser version (e.g., Chrome 135.0.0.0)
* IP address and approximate location
* Last activity timestamp
* Devices are labeled with **This device** if it matches the device you are currently using.
If you notice any unfamiliar devices, it’s recommended to immediately remove them and update your login information in the Profile Settings.
## Delete Account
* You can permanently delete your Scripe account by clicking the **Delete account** button.
* Deleting your account will remove all your data from Scripe.
Warning: This action **cannot be undone**.
# Teams
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/settings/teams
As your workspace grows, managing dozens of members and personal brands individually becomes difficult.
Teams help you organize people into meaningful groups so you can quickly understand how different parts of the company are performing, compare results between departments, and run initiatives for specific groups without manually selecting users one by one.
For example, you might create separate teams for Marketing, Sales, Leadership, Recruiting, or regional offices.
Once created, teams can be used across Scripe to make reporting, collaboration, and campaign management much easier.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
## **Creating a Team**
To create a new team, navigate to **Settings → Teams** and click **New Team**.
Give your team a name, choose a color, then select the workspace members and personal brands you’d like to include. Once you click **Create Team**, the team becomes available throughout Scripe.
### **Members vs Personal Brands**
When creating a team, you’ll see two different categories.
1. **Members** are workspace users who have access to your Scripe workspace.
2. **Personal Brands** are the LinkedIn profiles connected to your workspace.
You can add either or both to a team depending on how you’d like to organize your reporting and campaigns.
## Where to use Teams in Scripe
### **Analytics**
Teams can be used as filters throughout Analytics, allowing you to analyze performance at the group level instead of looking at individual users.
This makes it easy to answer questions such as:
* Which team is generating the most engagement?
* How does Sales compare to Marketing?
* Which department is posting most consistently?
* Which team is driving the strongest LinkedIn growth?
### **Campaigns**
Teams can also be used when creating Campaigns.
Instead of assigning campaigns to individual people, you can target an entire team at once. This is particularly useful for larger organizations running content initiatives across multiple departments.
For example, you might create a Thought Leadership campaign for executives, a Sales Social Selling campaign for your revenue team, and a Recruiting campaign for HR.
Because teams are predefined, assigning the right people becomes much faster and easier.
## **Managing Teams**
You can return to the Teams page at any time to edit team memberships, add or remove personal brands, update team details, or delete teams you no longer need.
Any changes you make are automatically reflected throughout Analytics and Campaigns.
# Personal Brand Dashboard
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/sidebar/home
The **Personal Brand Dashboard** is your hub for content creation and where Scripe learns from your content.
## What You’ll Find on the Dashboard
### 1. Your Chat
The Chat is your creative assistant for generating, refining, and organizing LinkedIn content ideas — all in one place. It guides you through content creation and helps you brainstorm post ideas, generate hooks, and turn your thoughts into LinkedIn posts.
**The Chat has 4 different modes:**
* Guided: for a step-by-step post creation experience
* Ideation: to brainstorm and explore ideas
* Interview: a guided content interview where you answer questions in audio format
* Source Mode: to upload files such as recordings or YouTube links and turn them into content
### 2. Weekly Calendar
Below the chat, you’ll find a weekly calendar view designed to help you stay consistent with your [Content Strategy](/strategy/content-strategy). Scripe recommends which content pillar you should focus on next, helping you create a more balanced and strategic posting cadence instead of guessing what to post each day.
This calendar view also gives you a clear overview of your upcoming and scheduled content at a glance.
### 3. Weekly Personalized Suggestions
Every week, Scripe generates new post ideas tailored to your LinkedIn audience and your recent activity. These show up under [Weekly personalized post ideas](/post/ai-powered), and they’re linked directly to your [content strategy](/content-strategy/content-strategy).
### 4. Repurpose Sections:
When hovering over one of these posts, you’ll see two actions:
* **Repurpose post**: Scripe rewrites the post in your tone and context.
* **Add to chat**: Allows you to brainstorm variations, add more context, ask Scripe to explain why the post performed well, or generate multiple new angles.
# Inbox
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/sidebar/inbox
The **Inbox** keeps all your **Scripe notifications** organized in one place, from campaign updates to comments and product updates.
It helps you stay up to date with everything happening across your workspace without missing an important action.
## User-Specific & Personal-Brand-Specific
Your **Inbox** shows notifications based on **two contexts**:
* **User-specific** → These are notifications sent directly to you (for example, when a teammate mentions you in a comment or a post that you request review is approved or rejected).
* **Personal-brand-specific** → You’ll also see notifications related to the personal brand(s) you’re currently in — such as campaign updates, brand-wide comments, and product notifications.
This means your inbox adapts to both your individual activity and your Personal Brand’s content workflow, keeping everything centralized.
## Filtering Notifications
At the top of the inbox, you can filter what you see:
* **Unread & Read** → Shows all notifications
* **Unread** → Only new ones you haven’t opened
* **Archived** → Notifications you’ve marked as done
# Inspiration
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/sidebar/inspiration
The **Inspiration** page in Scripe is your personal feed of high-performing LinkedIn content.
When you follow a creator by clicking the bell icon, Scripe will continue showing their content in your Inspiration Feed. You can unfollow them anytime to stop seeing their content there.
Click the sparkly icon on any post to instantly repurpose it into a post draft you can customize.
A powerful search bar that lets you find *anything* on LinkedIn. Type in any word, phrase, or even a profile name and we’ll instantly show you the most relevant, high-performing posts.
Filter by language, industry, engagement, content types, and post formats. Sort between Newest, Relevance or Engagement to find content that fits your research goals.
# Notes
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/sidebar/notes
The Notes feature helps you capture ideas and save content inspiration to turn into LinkedIn posts later. Whether it’s a quick idea, content framework, launch note, or random thought during the day, Notes gives you a dedicated space to collect and structure your future content.
## How to use Notes
You can create a new note anytime by clicking the **pencil icon** inside the Notes page. Each note includes a title and a rich text editor.
Notes are automatically saved as you work on them.
Once your note is ready, click **Turn into Post** in the top-right corner.
Scripe will use your note as source material to help generate LinkedIn content based on your ideas, structure, and writing style.
### Organize Notes with Folders
You can organize your notes into folders to keep your workspace clean and easier to navigate.
To create a folder:
1. Click the **New Folder** icon
2. Enter a folder name
3. Choose an icon or emoji
4. Click **New Folder**
Folders are helpful for grouping notes by:
* Content pillars
* Clients
* Campaigns
* Topics
* Personal ideas
* Draft stages
Use the search bar at the top of the Notes sidebar to quickly find notes by keyword, topic, or title. This makes it easy to revisit old ideas and reuse past content inspiration.
# Posts
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/sidebar/posts
Manage your entire content pipeline, from ideas to published posts, in one place.
The **Posts page** in your sidebar is where all your content lives: from AI-generated ideas to published LinkedIn posts. It’s designed to help you organize, review, and publish posts faster, without the chaos of external tools or scattered feedback.
## Choose Your View
You can now toggle between **List view** and **Board (Kanban) view** — giving you full flexibility over how you organize your content.
* **List view**: See all your posts in a sortable table format.
* **Board view**: Perfect for visual thinkers. Drag and drop posts across columns that represent each status in your workflow (e.g., Draft → In Review → Scheduled).
Your chosen view is remembered automatically, so you can work in your preferred format every time.
### Filter and Display Options
You can filter posts in both views by:
* Status
* Labels
* Campaigns
* Content Type
And you can customize what information is visible in your current view by toggling display properties, for example:
* Status
* Scheduled Date
* Labels
* Campaign
* Content Type
* Assigned Reviewer
## Post Statuses
Each post in Scripe moves through a series of **statuses** (like *Draft*, *In Progress*, *In Review*, *Scheduled*, or *Published*).
These statuses are defined at the workspace level, meaning they’re consistent across all personal brands in your workspace. On the Business Plan, you can customize these statuses under [Workspace Settings → Post Status](https://docs.scripe.io/settings/post-status). When you update or delete a status in Workspace Settings, the change automatically applies across all personal brands.
**These are the default post statuses from Scripe:**
This is where you'll find all your AI-generated post ideas. These are personalized based on your tone, audience, and strategy.
This is the default status for all posts generated with Scripe. You can set up as many draft statuses as you want.
You can move posts from Draft to In Progress to clearly separate ideas that are still in the drafting stage from posts that are actively being worked on.
Posts that are assigned to review are automatically moved to this status. You can set up as many review statuses as you want.
Posts that are ready to go and have been scheduled appear here. They’ll be automatically published according to the settings you've chosen.
All posts that have gone live, whether created inside Scripe or not, show up here. This includes historical data imported from LinkedIn.
# Tone of Voice
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/sidebar/tov
The Tone of Voice page is where you personalize the writing style for each Personal Brand inside Scripe.
Scripe analyzes your best-performing LinkedIn posts and learns how you naturally communicate — your rhythm, phrasing, sentence structure, and emotional tone. It then adapts your future posts to sound just like you.
The more you post, the smarter this gets. Scripe constantly updates your voice based on what works best.
You can further customize and fine-tune everything: from your writing length and language to emojis, formatting, and even favorite CTAs.
## What You Can Personalize
### 1. Post Structure
Under Post Structure, you can define how your posts are written.
* **Post Language:** Choose between English 🇺🇸 or German 🇩🇪.
* **Sentence Length:** Adjust how short or detailed your sentences typically are.
* **Post Length:** Control the overall size of generated posts.
* **Emoji Frequency:** Choose how often Scripe should use emojis in your content.
These settings help Scripe match your communication style.
### 2. Style Guidance
In the Custom Instructions, you can give Scripe very specific guidance on how to write for you.
**Warning:** Changes to these settings may reduce post quality if not used carefully.
Here you can provide detailed instructions about your writing style, tone, and preferences. Include personality traits, patterns to use or avoid, and any specific guidelines.
Examples:
🔸 Write with high enthusiasm, vulnerability, and playful confidence.
🔸 Frequently start posts with a personal anecdote or confession, then pivot to lessons or advice.
🔸 Use arrows and bullet points to structure lists, often with a conversational lead-in.
🔸 Avoid generic descriptions.
🔸 Avoid words like: “Moreover,” “Furthermore,” “In conclusion," etc.
🔸 Don't write in a salesy or overly promotional tone.
🔸 Don't overuse jargon or buzzwords without context.
### 3. Writing Samples
This section helps Scripe learn how you naturally write so it can generate content that sounds more like you.
You can teach Scripe your voice in three ways:
1. **Automatic Learning:** Enable **“Learn from new posts automatically”,** and Scripe will continuously add your new LinkedIn posts as writing samples.
2. **Add Custom Samples:** Add your own posts manually by clicking **Add custom sample** and pasting content you’d like Scripe to learn from.
3. **Add Creator Samples:** Click **Add creator sample** to learn from creators you admire. This helps Scripe pick up specific writing techniques, structures, or storytelling styles.
**Tip:** You can toggle individual samples on or off at any time. Only **active samples** are used to shape your Tone of Voice, making it easy to experiment with different writing styles without deleting anything.
### 4. Signature Elements
Teach Scripe the small details that make your writing style recognizable.
* **Frequently Used Emojis:** Add emojis you commonly use in your posts.
* **Frequently Used List Symbols:** Add your preferred formatting symbols and bullet styles.
* **Common CTAs:** Add the call-to-actions you frequently use in your posts.
* **Custom Footer:** Add a reusable signature or footer that can automatically appear in all of your posts.
### 5. Try your Voice
This feature lets you instantly preview how Scripe currently understands your writing style.
Simply click **Try your voice**, enter a topic or idea, and Scripe will generate a sample LinkedIn post using your current Tone of Voice settings. The preview is based on your Writing Samples, Signature Elements, formatting preferences, and any other voice settings you’ve configured.
This is a great way to see whether Scripe truly sounds like you before you start creating content. If something feels off, you can adjust your Writing Samples or Tone of Voice settings and immediately test the changes again.
It’s a safe space to experiment, refine your setup, and see exactly how Scripe would write using your current voice.
### 6. Reset if You Need a Fresh Start
If you ever want to start over, use **Reset Tone of Voice**.
This will overwrite your manual settings (custom instructions, emojis, CTAs) and revert back to Scripe’s original AI-analyzed tone.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please proceed with care.
# Sources
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/sidebar/uploads
The **Sources** tab is where you upload any long-form content you want Scripe to learn from and transform into LinkedIn-ready posts. This includes interviews, podcasts, webinars, documents, and more.
## How to Add a Source
Click the **+ Add Source** button to:
* **Upload a file** (MP3, MP4, DOCX, PDF, Markdown and more with max 2GB)
* **Or paste a YouTube link** to generate content from it.
Tip: Toggle “Add to [Knowledge Base](/sidebar/knowledge)” on if you want the source to train your post suggestions.
## Manage the Source
Clicking on a processed source opens a detailed view where you’ll find two powerful tabs:
### **1. Generated Posts**
Scripe generates multiple post drafts based on the file you uploaded (e.g., audio, video, PDF, etc.).
Each post idea is ranked using a **content score**, which evaluates how well the post aligns with key performance factors such as Goal alignment, Engagement potential and Value and insights.
From here you can:
* Preview all the different hook variations
* Favorite the ones you like most
* Use any hook to instantly create a full post
**Pro tip:** Use the bar on the bottom and ask it to give you post ideas based on it. You can use it to prompt or ask anything, for all types of uploaded sources.
### 2. Transcription
Get a full transcript of your content, broken down into chapters by topic. You can:
* Select a part of the text and click **Create post from selection** to generate a post instantly
* **Download the full transcript** for offline review or documentation
# Mobile App (iOS)
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/started/download
Create, manage, and collaborate on your LinkedIn content from anywhere.
The Scripe Mobile App brings the core Scripe experience to your iPhone, making it easy to capture ideas the moment inspiration strikes, review content on the go, and stay connected with your workspace.
## Installing Scripe on iPhone
The Scripe Mobile App is available for iPhone through the Apple App Store.
[You can download it here](https://apps.apple.com/nl/app/scripe-mobile/id6757432825?l=en-GB).
Once installed, simply sign in with your existing Scripe account. Your workspaces, personal brands, drafts, and chats will automatically sync across desktop and mobile.
### **Navigating the App**
The Scripe Mobile App is organized into four main areas, making it easy to switch between capturing ideas, managing content, collaborating with your team, and creating new posts.
#### **Notes**
The **Notes** tab is your home screen and the best place to capture ideas as they come to you.
Use Notes to:
* Save ideas before you’re ready to turn them into posts
* Organize your thoughts in one place
* Edit existing notes
* Archive notes you no longer need
Whenever you’re ready, you can easily use a note as the starting point for a LinkedIn post.
#### **Posts**
The **Posts** tab gives you a complete overview of all your LinkedIn content.
Posts are organized by their current stage in your workflow. Simply tap any section to view, edit, or manage the posts inside it.
If you manage multiple personal brands, you can switch between them from the top of the screen.
#### **Inbox**
The **Inbox** keeps you updated on activity across your workspace such as review requests, comments, campaign activity, etc.
#### **Chat (Create Posts)**
The floating **Chat** button is where you create new content with Scripe. Tap the button to open a new conversation and choose how you’d like to create your post.
Available modes include:
* **Quick Post:** Generate a complete LinkedIn post from a simple idea.
* **Guided:** Answer a series of questions and let Scripe build your post step by step.
* **Ideation:** Brainstorm new topics, hooks, and content angles before writing.
Once you’ve selected a mode, simply type your prompt or use the microphone to dictate your ideas.
From the chat you can also click + to upload new files or files from your Knowledge Base as context.
## Installing Scripe on Mac Desktop
While the Scripe mobile app is perfect for capturing ideas and managing content on the go, many creators prefer doing longer writing sessions on a larger screen.
If you’re using a Mac, you can install Scripe as a desktop app directly from your browser.
1. Open [scripe.io](http://scripe.io) in your preferred browser (Safari or Chrome).
2. In the browser's address bar, look for the **Install** icon (a screen with a downward arrow).
3. Click the **Install** icon and confirm the installation.
Scripe will now be installed as an app on your Mac, accessible directly from your Applications folder or Dock.
# Scripe Easy Set-Up Guide
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/started/easy-set-up
You can create your Scripe account either by clicking **Continue with Google** or **Continue with LinkedIn** to sign up instantly with those accounts, or by email, entering the **verification code** sent to your email in the field provided.
## 1. Name your Workspace
After creating your account, you’ll see any **pending team invitations** or suggestions.
Here, you can either click **Request to join** to accept an existing team invitation or choose **Create new workspace** if you want to start your account from scratch.
To create a new workspace, simply enter your **company name** in the field provided and decide whether to enable **domain access**, which lets anyone with the same email domain join the workspace automatically without needing an invitation (their access will still require approval from the workspace admin).
Once ready, click **Create workspace** to set it up.
If you’re on the **Business Plan**, you’ll have the flexibility to create and manage multiple workspaces within the product.
Right after creating your workspace, you’ll go through a quick onboarding flow where you’ll **connect your LinkedIn account.** Just follow the instructions on the screen, and you’ll be set up in a few clicks.
Scripe is currently one of the only LinkedIn content platforms that is an **Official LinkedIn API Partner** — meaning your account connection is handled through LinkedIn’s official infrastructure, making it significantly more stable, secure, and future-proof than browser-extension-based tools.
## 2. Select Your Plan
Before starting your trial, choose the right plan for your needs.
If you were added to a workspace, you can skip to Step #3 on this page ;)
Here’s what to know before selecting your plan and starting your **7-day free trial**:
* **LinkedIn account:** the number of personal LinkedIn profiles you can connect to Scripe.
* **User:** the person who logs into Scripe with their own credentials.
* **Workspace:** the main environment where your LinkedIn profiles are organized.
If you’re on the **Business Plan**, you’ll have the flexibility to create and manage multiple workspaces within the product.
You can choose between monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves you 20%).
**Quick heads-up:** switching plans during your trial triggers an immediate charge. If you’re simply looking to try a different plan, the best option is to create a new account and start a new trial on that plan.
If you’ve received a coupon code from a friend or one of our partners, this is the moment to use it. Before paying, enter your code by clicking on **Add promotion code**.
Promo codes will only apply after your trial ends and your card is charged.
## 3. Set up your Scripe Workspace
Once all of the above is done, you’ll land inside your **personal brand dashboard.**
But before you start scriping, make sure you complete these final setup steps:
Open your Knowledge Base from the left sidebar and click `+ New Content Source` on the Overview page.
**Add at least two items to complete your basic setup**.
Read more about what to upload to the Knowledge Base [here →](https://docs.scripe.io/knowledge/content-sources)
Open Content Strategy from the left sidebar and click `Create Content Strategy`.
You’ll go through a short setup process before Scripe generates a personalized strategy tailored to your goals, positioning, and audience.
Your Content Strategy defines the ideal mix of content pillars to focus on throughout the month to help you grow consistently on LinkedIn.
That’s also why you’ll see the 4 content pillars on your Personal Brand dashboard. Scripe will always suggest the pillar you should focus on next, based on your current content distribution.
Once all of the above is complete, Scripe will also generate [weekly post suggestions](https://scripe.mintlify.app/multiple-posts/ai-powered) (Advanced & Business plans only) aligned with your voice and strategy. \
\
And the best part: the more you use Scripe, the better these suggestions become as it learns how you think, write, and communicate ;)
## 4. Generating Posts with Scripe
From your dashboard, you generate posts by:
* Using one of the Chat Modes:
* Guided → for step-by-step content creation
* Ideation → to explore and brainstorm new ideas
* Interview → get asked questions in a content interview
* Source Mode → turn recordings, docs, or other files into content
Or scrolling down on your dashboard and:
* Picking one of the weekly content suggestions;
* Repurposing trending posts, or one of your own top-performing posts;
You can also click **Quick Create** in the top left corner to generate a post from text input or create an empty post.
You can also [connect your WhatsApp to Scripe](/integrations/whats-app) to easily turn your voice notes into ready-to-use posts.
## 5. Explore Scripe ;)
* Use the [Tone of Voice](/sidebar/tov) settings to teach Scripe how you write: what feels natural to you, and what doesn’t.
* Use the [Posts](/sidebar/posts) page to easily manage all your content and collaborate with your team.
* Use the [Calendar](/sidebar/calendar) view to organize your content and track consistency.
* Use the [Inspiration](/sidebar/inspiration) page to see what's trending.
* Check your [Analytics](/sidebar/analytics) tab to learn what works and improve from there.
## Extra Steps for Advanced & Business Plans
### Invite Members to your Workspace
* **Client** – Read-only review of assigned posts.
5. Send the invite.
You can control who can work on each LinkedIn account via the LinkedIn Accounts tab.
### Add more LinkedIn Accounts to your Workspace
To add a new personal brand to your current workspace, click **Add Personal Brand**. Select between:
* **Full Profile:** to connect a LinkedIn account and use all content creation features.
* **Amplifier:** to connect an account just for analytics and auto-engagement features.
You’ll then go through the same onboarding steps (1–4) as you did during the initial setup.
**Important:** You'll need the login credentials to connect a new LinkedIn Account to Scripe. If you don't have them, the owner of the account will have to connect it themselves.
To delete a Personal Brand, go to your Settings → Click on the Personal Brand you want to delete → Delete Personal Brand.
### Create different Workspaces for different Clients
A Workspace is your shared environment in Scripe, where you can collaborate with others to manage multiple personal brands, coordinate content, and streamline LinkedIn activity across your organization.
When you subscribe to the Business Plan, each workspace serves as a centralized hub for each of your clients. This setup allows you to keep everything neatly separated per client — from personal brands and users to settings, calendars, and analytics.
Inside each workspace, you can:
* Set up and manage one or more personal brands for that specific client.
* Invite client-specific users with their own access.
* Keep content, scheduling, and analytics fully organized per client.
To manage or create new workspaces, open the menu by clicking on your workspace name in the top left corner and select **Switch workspace**. There, you’ll see a list of all your workspaces and the option to **Add Workspace**.
When creating a new workspace, you’ll:
1. **Name the workspace**.
2. **Add users immediately** (or skip and do this later).
3. **Add personal brands** by following steps 1–4 of this guide.
# The Scripe Method
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/started/method
The [Scripe Method](https://scripe.io/method) is a repeatable content system designed to help professionals and teams show up on LinkedIn in a way that feels consistent, strategic, and human.
Instead of posting randomly or relying on motivation, the method offers a structure that turns content into a habit, backed by data, shaped by real experiences, and tested by thousands of users.
It starts with a simple belief: **people trust people**.
And in a world where most B2B buying decisions begin on social platforms, visibility isn’t just helpful, it’s foundational. But showing up consistently is hard, especially when content feels overwhelming or forced.
That’s where this method steps in: to remove guesswork and guide you through a clear process.
## Content Strategy
Everything starts with direction.
The first step is writing a purpose statement: a short sentence that defines your goal, your audience, and your areas of expertise. From there, you set realistic content goals (like posting once or twice a week) and identify a few core topics you feel confident discussing.
The strategy is then shaped around four [content pillars](/content-strategy/content-formats): educational, personal, organizational, and promotional. These ensure your posts reflect your knowledge, personality, work, and offers. To keep things simple, you’ll use repeatable [content formats](/content-strategy/content-formats) that make planning easier while leaving room for creativity.
## Content Creation
Once your foundation is in place, it’s about showing up consistently. The biggest challenge here is overthinking. The method encourages you to take action, even if it’s through a voice memo or a quick brainstorm with a colleague.
For individuals, Scripe helps define a clear content rhythm and offers format suggestions that match your style and goals. For teams, the method scales through shared goals, personalized strategies, and lightweight collaboration systems like content buddies or editorial check-ins.
**The goal isn’t perfection: it’s consistency.**
With structure and support, content becomes part of your workflow and leads to meaningful results over time.
This is the foundation behind everything we do at Scripe. [Read the full Scripe Method here](https://scripe.io/method).

# Content Strategy
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/strategy/content-strategy
Scripe gives you a clear structure with 4 strategic content pillars and dozens of proven post formats to help you show up consistently, stay on-brand, and hit your goals.
## The 4 Content Pillars
Content pillars are the backbone of your content strategy. They’re the key categories that shape every post you create in Scripe.
These pillars act as your guiding themes, keeping your content consistent, focused, and true to your brand. They’re like your cheat sheet for showing off your values, expertise, and personality in a way that connects with your audience.
Let’s break them down:
1. **Personal** – Build connection and credibility by sharing your story.
2. **Educational** – Provide actionable value and establish authority.
3. **Promotional** – Show what you offer and drive results.
4. **Organizational** – Share your company’s wins, culture, and mission.
Each pillar contains defined post formats that align with specific goals, like boosting visibility, generating leads, or sparking conversations.
## How to set up your Content Strategy in Scripe
Inside your Personal Brand, click Content Strategy on the sidebar and **Create content strategy**.
You’ll go through a short setup where you’ll be asked to define:
1. **Your role** – so Scripe can tailor suggestions to what’s relevant
2. **Your goals** – e.g., Employer Branding, Media & PR, Career Opportunities
3. **Your audience** – such as clients, investors, talents, or colleagues
4. **Your key topics** – up to 4 topics you want to be known for
5. **Your posting schedule** – how often you want to post per week
Once done, Scripe generates:
* **A personalized positioning statement** – to guide your voice and messaging
* **A set of** **post formats** – tailored to help you hit your goals every month
You can fine-tune both before clicking **Save & Finish Strategy**.
You can always revisit and edit your strategy later.
## Your Content Strategy Dashboard
Once your content strategy is set up, your **Content Strategy Dashboard** helps you track your monthly progress and stay aligned with your goals.
Here’s what each section shows:
### 1. Strategy Overview
* **Purpose Statement**: Your personalized positioning statement that guides your content tone and focus.
Before you post anything on LinkedIn, it’s essential to know *why* you’re posting in the first place. That’s what your **purpose statement** is for.
It gives direction to your content — helping you avoid random, disconnected posts that don’t serve your goals. A clear purpose keeps your messaging consistent, builds trust with your audience, and ensures that every post you create contributes to something bigger (whether that’s positioning your expertise, attracting clients, building a personal brand, or supporting your company’s mission).
Without a purpose statement, it’s easy to fall into the trap of just “posting to post.” **With one, you’re building something with intention.**
* **Goals**: The objectives you chose (e.g., Company Awareness, Employer Branding).
* **Audience**: The audience segments you’re targeting (e.g., Clients, Partners, Investors).
* **Topics**: The key subjects you want to be known for.
You can edit any of these settings by clicking the ✎ icon next to each section.
### 2. Monthly Progress
Shows how many posts you’ve published out of your total monthly target, broken down by [content pillar](/content-strategy/content-formats). Each ring segment fills up as you hit your goals across these content categories.
### 3. Post Format Targets
Tracks how many posts you’ve done for each post format in your strategy. Scripe recommends these formats based on your goals and updates your progress in real time.
### 4. Monthly Activity Calendar
Get a color-coded view of both your post history and upcoming suggested posts — all aligned with your strategy.
You’ll be able to:
* See which days you’ve published content
* Preview which post formats are planned next
* Identify posting gaps or overused content types
* Stay on track with your monthly targets at a glance
This makes it easy to balance your strategy, spot trends, and plan ahead.
# Manage Multiple Client Analytics
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workflows/client-analytics
If you manage several clients, the easiest way to keep all analytics in a single dashboard is to use one workspace and connect all client LinkedIn accounts to it.
## **1. Invite Your Clients as Amplifiers**
Go to **Settings → Users & Accounts** and copy your **Amplifier invite link.**
Send this link to each client and ask them to join the workspace and connect their LinkedIn account. Once connected, their Amplifier account will appear on the tab: **LinkedIn Accounts.**
Each Amplifier seat in Scripe costs an additional 20 euros/month.
## **2. Optional: Add Clients as Creators**
If you want your clients to be able to see their analytics as well, then you must add them to the workspace after they connect their LinkedIn account.
1. Go to **Settings → Users & Accounts**
2. Click **Invite → Invite a teammate**
3. Add your client's email address
4. Under Personal Brands, select the Amplifier account they connected
5. Change their role to **Creator**
6. Send Invite
This ensures the client only has access to their own analytics.
## **What Your Clients See**
When a client logs in and opens Scripe, they will only see:
* Their own LinkedIn account connected
* Their own performance data in Analytics
## **Important**
Whenever you add a new client, always double-check:
1. The user role is set to **Creator**
2. The correct **Amplifier account** is assigned to them
This ensures clients only see their own data while you retain visibility across all accounts.
# Working in Scripe as a Team
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workflows/team-workflow
When it comes to LinkedIn content, most teams face the same three struggles:
* Inconsistent posting
* Lack of time
* Uncertainty about what to post
Scripe addresses these by offering weekly post ideas, a shared content calendar, and collaborative tools like feedback and approval processes and analytics dashboards.
But once you’re [set up](/agencies/team-setup), it’s time to understand a few different ways to make collaboration easy, creative, and consistent:
## 1. Content Interviews & “Good Talks”
Recording casual conversations with your teammates (or clients) is one of the best ways to source content. In Scripe, you can upload and turn these into post drafts instantly.
**Tip:** Always record your calls as they often contain golden nuggets of content!
## 2. Plan Together in the Calendar
Use the [content calendar](/workspace/team-calendar) to:
* Drop in post ideas or campaign themes
* Assign notes or ideas to teammates
* Add links, resources, and deadlines
It keeps everyone aligned and gives structure to the week/month.
## 3. Use the Content Buddy System
The Content Buddy System is all about pairing up team members to support each other through the content creation process.
Instead of doing everything solo, you work with a buddy — someone to bounce ideas off, record content interviews with, give and receive feedback on drafts, and even help boost each other’s posts with thoughtful comments.
It creates a natural rhythm of collaboration and accountability. Over time, you’ll start learning from each other’s content and results, making the process feel less like a task and more like a shared creative flow.
## 4. Celebrate Wins (and Keep Score!)
Motivate your team (or clients) with a little fun:
* Use [Scripe’s leaderboard](/workspace/team-analytics) to track top posters or the highest reach
* Offer small incentives (e.g., a day off, an Uber Eats voucher, shoutouts)
* Share feedback and celebrate each other’s posts regularly
Sometimes, showing up consistently is easier when you feel seen and supported.
# Campaigns
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workspace/campaigns
The Campaigns feature in Scripe helps you plan, organize, and activate company-wide content initiatives — such as launches, events, or marketing pushes — in one shared workspace.
It allows teams to align their content around specific moments and track participation across every brand or personal account in your workspace.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
**Campaigns are perfect for:**
* Launches or announcements (e.g., *Scripe 2.0 Launch*)
* Events and webinars (e.g., *Live Webinar*, *IRL Event*)
* Product updates or partnerships
* Community or seasonal challenges
## Creating a Campaign in Scripe
To view and manage campaigns, click on **Campaigns** on your dashboard's sidebar. From this page, you’ll see an overview of all campaigns.
**To create a new campaign in Scripe:**
1. Click **New Campaign**.
2. Add your campaign **name** and **summary**.
3. Select an **emoji** for your campaign.
4. Choose whether to run the campaign **across the entire company** or **only for selected Personal Brands**.
5. Set a **date range** to define the campaign period.
6. Upload any **supporting files** (e.g., visuals or templates).
7. Add a **description** or briefing for your team.
8. Add **labels** (optional) to organize your campaigns by theme (e.g., *Community Challenge*, *Product Launch*).
9. Click **Create**.
Your campaign will now appear in both the **Campaigns list** and the **Calendar view** for all Personal Brands in your workspace.
## Linking Posts to a Campaign
When creating, editing, or managing your posts, you can link them to a campaign directly.
This allows your team to track all related content and performance in one place. Linked posts appear inside the campaign view under **Linked Posts**.
This helps identify which team members are contributing to the campaign and what content is already live.
## Collaborating on Campaigns
Each campaign has its own comment section where teammates can share ideas, feedback, or confirm that their post has been submitted.
You can also tag teammates or use comments to coordinate post schedules or final checks.
## Measuring Campaign Impact
Once posts are linked, Scripe tracks their performance across key metrics.
You can see aggregated results under [Analytics](/workspace/team-analytics) → Campaign Performance, where each campaign displays its performance growth and average impressions.
# Understand Your Workspace
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workspace/overview
A **Workspace** is your shared environment in Scripe, where you can collaborate with others to manage multiple personal brands (LinkedIn accounts), coordinate content, and streamline LinkedIn activity across your organization.
If you're on the **Solo Plan**, you'll only see one Personal Brand in your Workspace.
## What is a Workspace?
This is where all admin settings, shared resources, analytics, and team coordination live.
Each workspace:
* Can host **one personal brand** on the Solo Plan and **unlimited personal brands** (aka LinkedIn accounts connected) on the Advanced and Business Plans.
* Can have **one user** on the Solo Plan and **unlimited users** helping manage these accounts on the Advanced and Business Plans.
**You don't pay per user.** That means you can invite collaborators freely without worrying about extra costs.
## What lives inside a Workspace?
Once inside a workspace, you’ll find access to:
* **Inbox:** see all your Scripe notifications organized in one place, from campaign updates to comments and product updates. Notifications are User-Specific & Personal-Brand-Specific. [Learn more →](/sidebar/inbox)
* **LinkedIn Accounts:** All Personal Brands inside your workspace, including Company Pages.
* You can add new Accounts by clicking on `+` next to LinkedIn accounts.
* You can see all the Accounts connected by clicking on `More`.
* [Calendar](/workspace/team-calendar): plan content across multiple brands in one shared view
* [Campaigns](/workspace/campaigns): plan campaigns and track them across all or selected personal brands.
* [Knowledge Base](/workspace/team-knowledge): set writing rules and context for all brands.
* [Analytics](/workspace/team-analytics): track team performance, post results, and top-performing content
* **Settings:** manage [members & roles](/settings/people), [billing](/settings/billing), [post statuses](/settings/post-status), integrations, etc.
Everything that powers content creation, including uploading materials, drafting posts, and storing knowledge, lives **inside each** **personal brand**.
## How to Switch Workspaces 🔄
If you're on the Business Plan, you can have unlimited workspaces. To switch between workspaces:
1. Click on your **workspace name** in the top-left corner of Scripe.
2. Select **"Switch workspace."**
3. A menu will appear showing all the workspaces you belong to.
4. Click on the workspace you want to enter or add a new workspace.
# Analytics
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workspace/team-analytics
The Analytics dashboard gives you a complete overview of how your team’s LinkedIn content is performing across all personal brands in your workspace.
If you’re on the Solo Plan, the Analytics is automatically linked to your single Personal Brand.
It’s built for visibility, benchmarking, and better decision-making.
## How to use the Dashboard:
1. **Select LinkedIn Accounts to compare:** Click the dropdown at the top-right to filter analytics per account, select All Accounts to view combined performance, or select Teams to analyze performance for specific groups within your workspace.
2. **Select a date range:** Switch between 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or custom ranges to analyze performance over time.
In the Business Plan, you're able to click **Export CSV** (top-right corner) to generate a shareable performance report. The report is downloaded as a **.CSV file**, containing most metrics displayed in your dashboard — including posts, impressions, likes, and comments. You can open it in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Notion databases for deeper analysis or reporting.
## Metrics Overview
At the top of the page, you’ll find your main performance metrics for the selected time range:
* **Posts:** Number of posts published.
* **Followers:** Growth in LinkedIn followers.
* **Engagement Rate:** % based on likes, comments, shares per impression.
* **Earned Media Value:** The estimated value of your impressions based on your average CPM (Cost per thousand impressions).
Click the currency symbol in the top-right corner of the EMV box to switch between €, \$, and £.
* **Activity Tracker:** See how your team’s posting frequency compares to previous periods.
You can also see an overview of:
* **Profile Views:** Visits to your profile.
* **Followers from Content:** New followers gained from posts.
* **Sends:** Times your content was shared.
* **Saves:** Times your content was saved.
* **Link Clicks:** Clicks on links in your posts.
* **Premium CTA Clicks:** Clicks on your LinkedIn Premium Call-to-Action button (such as *Visit Website*, *Book an Appointment*, or *Learn More*) that directs visitors to an external destination.
### Engagement Analytics
The top chart shows your total **Engagement** or **Impressions** for the selected period. You can switch between both metrics using the toggle in the top-right corner of the chart. Scripe also compares your current period against the previous one, making it easy to spot trends and measure growth.
The second chart visualizes the relationship between your posting activity and follower growth. The bars represent the number of posts published, while the line shows how many followers were gained during the same period. This can help you identify whether increased posting frequency is contributing to audience growth.
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find video-specific performance metrics:
* **Plays** — Total video views across all video content.
* **Viewers** — Unique people who watched your videos.
* **Watch Time** — Total time spent watching your videos.
* **Video Posts** — Number of videos published during the selected period.
Together, these insights help you understand not only how often you’re posting, but also how your content is influencing engagement, audience growth, and video performance over time.
### Click Tracking Analytics
Scripe automatically tracks clicks generated through your tracked links so you can better understand what is driving engagement.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
Using the filter, you can choose which tracked links you want to analyze and explore detailed performance insights, including:
* Clicks Over Time
* Country Breakdown
* Best Performing Profiles
* Best Performing Placements (Company, Profile, Posts, or Other)
### Company Pages Analytics
The sections below provide aggregated analytics for all Company Pages connected and managed through Scripe.
This includes:
* **Device Demographic:** shows whether visitors are viewing your company page from desktop or mobile devices.
* **Page Sections:** shows which parts of your company page receive the most traffic.
* **Follower Demographics:** explore audience insights across your Company Pages, including: country, industry, seniority, job function, and company size
* **Engagement Breakdown:** clicks, impressions, likes, comments, engagement rate, total page views and unique visitors.
By default, these analytics combine data from all connected Company Pages. To view analytics for a single Company Page, use the filter at the top of the dashboard to select the specific page you want to analyze. After applying the filter, scroll down to this section to view the Company Page-specific analytics.
### Yearly Activity Visualization
The **3D Activity Chart** visualizes your team’s LinkedIn posting behavior over the year.\
Each bar represents post activity, color-coded by [content pillar](/strategy/content-strategy):
* 🟣 **Personal**
* 🟠 **Promotional**
* 🟢 **Organizational**
* 🔵 **Educational**
At the bottom, you’ll also find:
* **Streaks:** Longest and current posting streaks.
* **Post History:** Total posts and your best-performing day.
### Performance Analysis
The Performance Analysis section breaks down your team’s content performance in detail — and can be filtered by Posts, Impressions, Likes, or Comments depending on what you want to measure.
You can toggle between these filters at the top-right of the section to see how each metric affects your team’s performance view.
It includes:
* **Content Type Performance:** Average results per content category (e.g. Personal, Promotional, Educational, Organizational). This helps you see which type of content your team’s audience engages with most.
* **Top Post Formats:** The best-performing post formats. Switching filters here lets you analyze what drives the most likes versus impressions, for example.
* **Media Type Performance:** How different media formats perform (text-only vs image posts).
* **Content Performance by Labels:** Compare performance for your [pre-set content labels](/settings/labels).
* **Content Performance by Campaigns:** See the overall results of your [Campaigns](/workspace/campaigns) for the selected period of time.
Campaigns are shown if they have posts created during the selected date range. Performance metrics reflect all engagement data for those posts and not only for the selected date range.
### Timing & Activity
This chart compares your company’s posting behavior with **industry benchmarks** to help identify the best times to post daily and weekly.
* **Blue line:** Your company’s posting times.
* **Gray dotted line:** Average posting time for your industry.
* **Insights:** Automatically generated tips on when to post for higher engagement.
### Team Performance
The Team Performance section ranks your top creators and shows who’s driving the most engagement. You’ll see:
* **Leaderboard:** Sorted by total posts within the selected period.
* **Top Posts:** Highlights your team’s most-viewed posts with impressions count.
### Content Library
The Content Library lists every post published by the Personal Brands managed in Scripe with complete performance metrics.
You can view:
* Post title and content type
* Labels and campaigns assigned
* Detailed metrics for each post: impressions, likes, comments, engagement rate, and post date
# Calendar
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workspace/team-calendar
The **Calendar** gives you a clear overview of all scheduled content, helping you align across personal brands, themes, and posting cadence.
You can filter which personal brands calendar you want to see in the top right corner.
### What you can do:
* **See all drafted, scheduled, and published posts** at a glance by personal brand.
* **Switch views** between month and week to better match your planning workflow.
* **Add notes** to any date and assign them to any personal brand: ideal for campaign ideas, content reminders, or creative inputs.
* **Schedule posts** directly from the calendar by selecting a draft and assigning a time slot.
* When scheduling posts, you can filter the drafts by format (e.g., Personal Milestones, Launches) to stay on top of your strategy mix.
For personal planning, head to each individual [personal brand’s calendar](/sidebar/calendar) to manage posts separately.
## What you can do on the Calendar page:
#### 1. See all planned & scheduled posts at a glance
Each post you've planned or scheduled to a specific date appears as a clickable card on your calendar.
From these cards, you can:
* **Open and preview the post**
* **Track its status**
* **Jump straight into editing**
* **Reschedule or unschedule it**
* **Add a Label or Assign it to a Campaign (Business Only)**
Using the "Remove post from calendar" only hides it from view — it doesn’t change its stage. **If the post is scheduled, it will still be published.** To make sure a scheduled post won’t go live, you’ll need to actively unschedule it.
#### 2. Add Notes or Schedule a ready-to-go post
Click `+` in any day of the calendar to add a Note to that day or schedule a post from your pipeline that's ready to be published.
#### 3. Switch between views
Use the **Month/Week toggle** to adjust your view depending on how detailed you want to go. Month view gives you the big picture; week view helps you focus on the immediate next steps.
#### 4. Customize your Scheduling Settings
Click **“Settings”** to:
* Set your **timezone**
* Choose whether your week starts on **Monday or Sunday**
* Define your **posting schedule** (e.g., every Tue/Thu/Fri at 9am). Your preferred posting time will show up as a purple slot in the weekly calendar.
#### 5. Get Post Format suggestions based on your Strategy
When viewing the calendar for a single Personal Brand, Scripe helps you stay on track with your content goals by displaying **suggested content pillars as color-coded cards**. These are auto-generated based on your [content strategy](/strategy/content-strategy).
Click on a suggestion to instantly open relevant post drafts within that post format, ready for you to schedule or fine-tune.
# What to Add to your Knowledge Base
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workspace/team-knowledge
The Knowledge Base is where you store information and resources that Scripe can use when generating content.
You can choose whether a Knowledge Base source should be available workspace-wide across all Personal Brands, or only for selected Personal Brands inside your workspace.
If you’re on the Solo Plan, the Knowledge Base is automatically linked to your single Personal Brand.
## Why the Knowledge Base Matters
* **Consistency across the team:** Everyone’s content reflects the same positioning and value propositions.
* **Relevance for target audience:** Scripe learns who your ICP is, their challenges, as well as how your company and team solve them.
* **Efficiency:** Centralized resources (case studies, playbooks, decks) are accessible to everyone in your workspace.
## Basic Knowledge Base Set-Up:
1. On the left sidebar, click **Knowledge.**
2. On the Overview Page, click on `+ New Content`
3. For a basic set-up, we recommend adding the following content sources:
* Company website (homepage, product pages, or resource hub)
* Relevant Notion pages
* Scripe's ICP Template, available below:
Use our ICP Questionnaire template to define your Ideal Customer Profile, complete it, and then upload it to the Company Knowledge Base.
**Get your template in:**
* [German](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_INzccuwM-ebcP2KZmEBJ1NMomHSYqCIpaqKzhyPReQ/edit?usp=sharing)
* [English](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oh4FvXvWrliZ6UmRiF05fwadGEp7-Jkg-_e_82S7H6Q/edit?usp=sharing)
**Important:** Avoid generic answers (“we target tech companies”). Get really specific.
You can manage all your content sources by clicking on **Content Sources** under Overview. Select it to be able to change the visibility, move folders, or delete it entirely.
## What to Add to Your Knowledge Base
Each content added here can be applied company-wide or assigned to specific Personal Brands, giving you full control over where it’s used.
### 1. Company-Wide Knowledge
Content added to the Knowledge Base in a company-wide setting is visible to all Personal Brands, so we recommend keeping it organized using folders.
A foundational information Scripe needs to understand is **what your company, product or service stands for**.
**What to include:**
✔️ Company description or portrait.\
✔️ Mission & vision statements.\
✔️ Core value propositions.\
✔️ Top customer problems you solve.\
✔️ ICP definitions (ideal industries, roles, challenges)
**📝 Example:**
*Upload sources such as Company Portraits, Persona & ICP Summaries, Pitch Decks, a Podcast recording which covers core mission of the company*
Scripe should know what you **communicate with your ideal target audience**. Upload all documents that explain your product, service, and differentiation.
**What to include:**
✔️ Sales decks & one-pagers.\
✔️ Case studies & client success stories.\
✔️ Pitches & offer presentations.\
✔️ Training & onboarding docs.\
✔️ Product feature pages.
**📝 Example:**
*Upload quarterly reports, recent Sales Decks, internal & external meeting recordings and selected Customer Case Studies.*
Scripe creates the most effective content when it knows **who your customers are** and **how you solve their problems**.
**What to include:**
✔️ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) descriptions.\
✔️ Typical customer pain points & challenges.\
✔️ Standard “problem-solution” messaging.\
✔️ Competitor comparisons & differentiators.
**📝 Example:**
*A document that summarizes your ICP, marketing briefs on customer personas, reports that summarize your industry and market situation.*
This ensures Scripe’s suggestions align with your **overall branding & messaging**.
**What to include:**
✔️ General marketing strategy or messaging guidelines.\
✔️ Marketing briefs or campaign descriptions.
**📝 Example:**
*Add recent campaign briefs or reports from the marketing department.*
### 2. Personal Brand Specific Knowledge
You can make Knowledge available only to specific Personal Brands by adjusting the visibility settings when adding a new content source.
Scripe should understand **who you are** and **where you come from**.
**What to include:**
✔️ Short bio (career highlights, roles, industries).\
✔️ Motivations (in your daily professional life & why you build your brand).\
✔️ Key career milestones or turning points.\
✔️ Personal values & principles.
**📝 Example:**
*Upload interviews where you talk about why you do what you do, podcast recordings or personal motivation statements.*
Help Scripe know **what you want to be known for.**
**Tip:** Refer to the expertise areas you listed in your [Content Strategy](https://scripe.mintlify.app/content-strategy/content-strategy).
**What to include:**
✔️ Resources that cover core expertise areas.\
✔️ Frameworks, models, or methods you use.\
✔️ Specialist skills or certifications.\
✔️ Your “point of view” on industry topics.
**📝 Example:**
*Link Notion pages of the frameworks you use, upload podcasts that cover your expertise, expert interviews or reports.*
Stories make content relatable and memorable. Add your **personal experiences and lessons learned**.
**What to include:**
✔️ Founder story/career shifts.\
✔️ Insights from client wins and failures.\
✔️ Lessons learned from career milestones/challenges.\
✔️ Anecdotes from daily work life
**📝 Example:**
> *Meeting recordings from weekly / monthly checkins with your team in which you talk about wins and learnings from the past weeks, or interview recordings.*
**Tip:** Group up with an accountability Content Buddy and record regular Content Talks to add to your Knowledge Base or Content Source.
## Organize Your Content with Folders
To keep your Knowledge Base clean and easy to navigate, you can create **folders and subfolders**. This helps you group knowledge by themes or use cases.
**Note:** When you connect Notion or add a Website as a source, Scripe automatically creates a folder for it in your Knowledge Base. This keeps external content organized right from the start.
From the folder three-dots menu `...` , you can:
* **Rename** → update the folder name
* **Create subfolder** → add a layer of organization under a folder
* **Move to folder** → rearrange items into different folders
* **Delete folder** → remove it when no longer needed
## Types of Content Sources in the Knowledge Base
Here are all the types of Content Sources you can add to your Knowledge Base in Scripe:
**Pro Tip:** Combine multiple content sources — for example, upload case studies as documents, connect your blog as a website, and link your YouTube interviews. This gives Scripe a complete, multidimensional understanding of your brand.
### 1. Text Notes
Text Notes are text-only entries that you add manually.
They’re the easiest way to feed Scripe with context that doesn’t live in a file or online. Things like insights, experiences, or key information about you or your company.
Use Text Notes for anything worth remembering or reusing in your content, from a personal story to your company’s core messaging.
**Here are some ideas to get you started:**
* ✔️ A story about how you started your agency or key lessons learned
* ✔️ Notes from a podcast or book that shaped your thinking
* ✔️ Takeaways from a client project
* ✔️ Company elevator pitch or boilerplate
* ✔️ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) description
* ✔️ List of tools, SOPs, or frameworks
### 2. Documents
**Documents** let you upload files that contain written knowledge, such as case studies, presentations, or strategy decks.
Scripe automatically reads and extracts the text from each file, turning your existing materials into a usable source of truth.
**Use Documents to store and reference things like:**
* ✔️ A personal presentation or training deck you created
* ✔️ A PDF version of a client case study
* ✔️ A conference talk outline or workshop notes
* ✔️ Sales decks and product one-pagers
* ✔️ Customer success stories or whitepapers
* ✔️ GTM playbooks, onboarding guides, or sales enablement docs
### 3. Websites
Connect any public website so Scripe can read its content.
This is ideal for pages that already reflect your expertise, brand story, or company information — such as blogs, press pages, or product sites. When you connect a website, Scripe automatically scans the text on the page and turns it into usable knowledge for content generation.
Links are automatically re-checked every 7 days to keep your Knowledge Base up to date.
**Use it for online sources such as:**
* ✔️ Your personal blog or portfolio site
* ✔️ Guest articles on Medium or industry blogs
* ✔️ A press feature or “About Me” page
* ✔️ Home, FAQ, or pricing pages
* ✔️ Blog or resources section
* ✔️ Press page or careers page
When you add a homepage, all subpages are pulled automatically, and you can select which ones to connect.
### 4. Notion
Connect your Notion account and select which pages Scripe should use as knowledge.
By connecting your Notion account, you can sync selected pages directly into your Knowledge Base — perfect if you already use Notion to organize notes, playbooks, or documentation.
To connect Notion to your Knowledge Base, click **Connect Notion** under External Sources. A popup will open for you to log in and grant access. Once connected, you can select which pages to sync, and Scripe will automatically add them as a folder in your Knowledge Base.
**Use it to import knowledge like:**
* ✔️ A Notion page breaking down your personal workflow
* ✔️ A playbook you wrote (e.g., “How I run outbound with Clay and Smartlead”)
* ✔️ Notes or frameworks from personal experiments
* ✔️ GTM strategy documentation
* ✔️ Process or SOP libraries
* ✔️ Product positioning pages
* ✔️ Typical customer pain points & challenges.
### 5. YouTube
By adding links to YouTube videos, Scripe automatically pulls the transcript and turns the content into usable knowledge.
This is especially helpful if you share your expertise through interviews, webinars, or tutorials. It allows Scripe to understand your natural way of explaining things and include that insight in your future content.
**Typical use cases for YouTube videos:**
* ✔️ A podcast episode where you shared your founder story
* ✔️ A personal tutorial explaining a process you use
* ✔️ A keynote or workshop you hosted
* ✔️ Webinars or product demos
* ✔️ Conference talks or customer interviews
* ✔️ Tutorials and feature walkthroughs
# Set Tone of Voice Guidelines
Source: https://docs.scripe.io/workspace/team-tov
Keep every post across your team consistent with your company’s communication style.
This feature is only available on the Business Plan.
The Workspace Tone of Voice lets you define writing rules that automatically apply to all personal brands in your workspace — ensuring every message sounds aligned and on-brand.
### Step 1: Set Your Workspace Guidelines
In the Workspace Guidelines field, add your company’s tone of voice rules: including both the *Do’s* and *Don’ts* for how your team should write.
Keep it clear and actionable so everyone understands what good communication looks like.
**Examples:**
* Spell Scripe with P
* Avoid generic descriptions
* Be specific and tangible
**Important:** Everything you add to this field will also appear on each Personal Brand’s Tone of Voice page.
You can use up to **2000 characters** for detailed brand writing rules, but we recommend keeping it simple and fine-tuning the tone later within each Personal Brand.
### Step 2: Allow Personal Brands to Add Their Own Touch
Below your workspace guidelines, you’ll find the option:
> **Allow personal brands to add custom instructions**
* If this is **enabled**, individuals in your workspace can add their own style preferences — but Scripe will always respect your company guidelines first.
* If it’s **disabled**, all posts will strictly follow the workspace tone.
**Recommended:** Keep this turned **on** to maintain brand consistency while allowing each individual to sound themselves authentically.
You can send [this guide](/sidebar/tov) to your team members on how to set up the Tone of Voice inside their Personal Brands.
### Step 3: Add a Workspace-Wide Footer (Optional)
You can also activate a workspace-wide footer that automatically appears at the end of every post created within your workspace.
**Examples:**
* “Powered by Scripe 💜”
* “Opinions are my own, but powered by our team spirit.”
* “We’re hiring! Check careers at...”
This helps unify all team posts with a small branded signature.
